Research On Design Of Panel Wardrobe Based On QFD

Panel furniture has good economic and environmental benefits,having capacious market and opportunities.However,with the improvement of consumers' cultural level and living standards,customer demands are gradually becoming more personalized and diversified,and consumer behaviors are gradually rationalized.The design of panel wardrobe can not only be based on technical development and design,or the decision makers subjectively design the wardrobe,the lack of scientific design methods.It is necessary to continuously research the needs of customers in order to design a panel wardrobe that meets the needs of customers and the market,and to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes QFD(quality function development)as the main line,constructs a design model of panel wardrobe based on QFD,acquires and analyzes customer demands,and then effectively converts it into technical characteristics and builds the house of quality(HOQ).Finally,according to the research results,the design of the panel wardrobe design is carried out.Concrete contents is as follows:(1)Research on customer demand in the design model of panel wardrobe based on QFD.Through 5W1 H interviews,household surveys and questionnaire surveys,author gets more comprehensive customer demands.Secondly,the affinity diagram method is used to hierarchically sort out the customer demands and get 15 customer demands such as beautiful appearance,beautiful color and appropriate style.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the importance of customer demands.Finally,the relative importance of customer demand is obtained through quality planning.The analysis shows that Analysis shows that the top three customer needs of importance are reasonable regional layout,convenient access and convenient style.(2)Research on technical characteristics in the design model of panel wardrobe based on QFD.Through the final customer demands are converted into 10 technical characteristics,and then the autocorrelation matrix of technical characteristics is established to analyze the correlation between various technical characteristics.Secondly,by establishing the relationship matrix between customer demands and technical characteristics,analyzing the degree of correlation,and then the importance of technical characteristics is obtained according to the relevant formula.Finally,combined with the previous research results and data to establish the form of HOQ,analyzing the top five technical characteristics of high importance,including size design,functional partition,appearance design,functional accessories and material selection,which provided the key design direction in the later design practice.(3)Design practice in the design model of panel wardrobe based on QFD.According to the research results and relevant information of QFD's panel wardrobe model,the design analysis and scheme design of various technical characteristics are carried out.Secondly,according to the customer demand in the model,the satisfaction questionnaire is developed to investigate the customer satisfaction of the design scheme.Finally,the results of QFD-based panel wardrobe design are analyzed,which is conducive to higher customer satisfaction.At the same time,the scientificity,feasibility and validity of the design based on this model are verified.
