Phosphate inorganic binder,as a modeling bonding material for casting,is a very promising casting inorganic binder because of its good collapsibility and environmental friendliness.However,compared with organic resins,the current phosphate inorganic binders have problems such as poor moisture absorption resistance,low bond strength,and long heat hardening time.In this paper,based on the current phosphate inorganic binder,the phosphate inorganic binder is further modified.In the modification study,a variety of metal ion-containing compounds,polymer materials were used for modification,and the concept of complex modification was introduced for the first time,and the influence of the degree of neutralization on the properties of the binder was further studied.In addition,the modified phosphate inorganic binder was used for application research,and the performance of the phosphate inorganic binder was verified by sand sampling using a sand core sampler.According to the molding and hardening characteristics of the phosphate inorganic binder sand,the process plan is optimized in the core making test,and then the trial production of the casting product is carried out on the basis of the verification test.Finally,combined with the microscopic morphology of the binder sand fracture and the analysis and identification of the hardened product of the binder,the analysis and judgment of the strengthening mechanism of the modification research were made.Tests have shown that metal ions have a certain degree of improvement on the performance of phosphate inorganic binders.The modification effect of the metal ion added in the form of an oxide is stronger than the modification effect of the metal ion provided by the salt.In addition,the tensile strength of the phosphate inorganic binder after the multi-component modification has reached a new height.The addition of polymer materials and complex modification on the basis of multi-component modification also improves the performance of the phosphate inorganic binder.In the adjustment test of the neutralization degree,a phosphate inorganic binder having a neutralization degree of 34% and a better storage stability was synthesized.Both hardening time and moisture absorption resistance are improved.In the applied research,factors such as heating temperature,heating time,mesh number of sand,and selection of excipients were studied.According to the performance characteristics of the phosphate inorganic binder,it is adjusted and optimized to find a more suitable process plan.At the same time,it is also the experimental data and experience for the trial production of phosphate inorganic binder sand used in casting products.Through the electron microscopic observation and composition analysis of the binder sand and the adhesive film before and after the modification,it was found that the binder before and after the modification showed different fracture modes and morphological features under the electron microscope image.In addition,the infrared spectrum and X The results of analysis by ray diffraction also showed that the composition and structure of the binder were significantly different before and after the modification.
