Lycium barbarum L.as a functional food of medicine and food, has a very high nutritional value and is favored by consumers. But because of the difference in nutritional value of Lycium barbarum L.from different places of origin, the selling price is also different. As a result of commercial competition in the later stage, the marketing market of Lycium barbarum L.appears security problems such as the unclear in geographical indications and sell seconds at best quality prices. In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to study the origin identification of Lycium barbarum L.the total of 338 copies Ningqi no.7 of dried fruit Lycium barbarum L.samples from the different producing areas(Qinghai Province,Gansu Province Ningxia Hui Autonomous region and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region)were studied in this paper. The four stable isotope ratios(C?N?H?O)and the six main nutrient components(total sugar,Lycium barbarum L.polysaccharides, total flavonoids, carotenoids, vitamin C and betaine)in Lycium barbarum L.were determined, and the relevant fingerprint information was obtained.Combined with ANOVA,correlation analysis(CA),principal component analysis(PCA),typical discriminant analysis(CDA),support vector machine(SVM),artificial neural network(ANN)and other chemometrics methods were used to analyze the data. This paper constructs the corresponding identification model of Lycium barbarum L.from different producing area, and discusses the effect of different technical means and different model construction methods. Finally establishes an effective method of producing area identification of Lycium barbarum L.To provide scientific and technical support for the identification of the geographical indication product Lycium barbarum L.The main findings are as follows: (1)The results of the determination of six main nutritional components in Lycium barbarum L.showed that their contents were significantly different among different producing areas, especially betaine content, and there was a weak correlation between the nutritional components of Lycium barbarum L..Based on this, the origin identification model was constructed with CDA,and the recognition rates of the model training set and the verification set were 80.7%and 76.9%,respectively. (2)The determination results of four stable isotope ratios in Lycium barbarum L.showed that the ratios were significantly different in different regions, especially the?~2H values of the stable isotope, and there was a weak correlation among the four stable isotopes.Based on this, the origin identification model was constructed with CDA,and the recognition rates of the model training set and the verification set were73.8%and 72.7%,respectively. (3)The fingerprints of stable isotopes and nutrient components in Lycium barbarum L.were combined,PCA results showed that stable isotopes?~2H??15N??18O?carotenoids betaine and total flavonoids were potential effective indicators for Identifying the origin of Lycium barbarum L.Using CDA?SVM and ANN to Constructthe origin identification models of Lycium barbarum L.in different production areas,The identification rates of the model were92.7%,91.53%and 100.0%,respectiv-ely.In addition,it was found that the combination of the two techniques could significantly improve the identification effect of Lycium barbarum L.in different producing areas. (4)In order to better protect the geographical label of Lycium barbarum L.from Qinghai producing area,we try to classify the Lycium barbarum L.from Gansu,Ningxia and Xinjiang into one group for identify the Lycium barbarum L.from Qinghai.Using CDA?SVM and ANN to construct the Qing Hai Lycium barbarum L.identification models,The identification rate of the model was 94.0%,96.75%and100.0%,respectively.In addition,it was found that this treatment could significantly improve the recognition effect of Lycium barbarum L.from Qinghai province.
