Extraction,Separation And Moisturizing Effect Of Betaine From Lycium Barbarum L.from Qaidam Basin

Objective: The high-purity Lycium barbarum L.of betaine(LLOB)was obtained by biochemical separation method to determine its moisturizing ability,and a safe and excellent moisturizing cosmetic containing guanidine LLOB was obtained.The effects of LLOB on Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis under the stress of streptomycin were evaluated. Method: After extracting the water extract of Chaidamu Lycium barbarum L.by water reflux,the LLOB sample in the aqueous extract was purified by anion-cation exchange resin,and the obtained LLOB sample was tested;the LLOB was transparent by oven drying method.The in vitro moisturizing ability of acid,medlar water extract,and hazelnut polysaccharide was determined.Rats were studied for the study of LLOB,hyaluronic acid,scorpion water extract,scorpion polysaccharide and other substances on rat skin water.The influence of the content and other indicators;the application of LLOB in cosmetic formula,mouse,rat,guinea pig as the research object,the oral toxicity,skin irritation and oversensitivity of the formula were evaluated;The method was carried out to test the bacterial toxicity of LLOB and compare the growth of bacteria under the action of different concentrations of streptomycin and penicillin and LLOB. Results: The liquid phase results showed that the purified LLOB content was87.94%,and the peak time of the sample was basically the same as the peak time of the reference product at 17.6 min.The relative molecular weight of LLOB was 117.15,the liquid quality result was HR-ESI-MS m/z: 118.0863,which was identified as LLOB;in the oven drying experiment,the LLOB drying experiment of LLOB compared with the equal concentration of hyaluronic acid It shows a better long-term moisturizing ability;LLOB has a good moisturizing effect on the skin of rats,and the water content of the skin,the aquaporin 3 of the skin,and the content of collagen 1are increased;The formulated formula is safe,reliable,non-toxic,irritating and oversensitizing;LLOB is not toxic to bacteria and has certain protective effect on bacteria.The protective effect of LLOB on bacteria under the stress of certain concentration of streptomycin It increases with increasing LLOB concentration. Conclusion: Chaidamu Lycium barbarum L.is rich in LLOB and easy to extract and purify;LLOB has good moisturizing effect in vitro;LLOB has good moisturizing effect on animal skin,and the same concentration of LLOB has better moisturizing effect than equal concentration.Hyaluronic acid;the LLOB cosmetic formula developed in this study is safe and reliable,low in toxicity,non-irritating and oversensitizing;LLOB has no obvious inhibitory effect on bacterial growth,and LLOB is under the action of streptomycin.Bacteria play a significant protective role.
