Titanium and titanium alloys are widely used in the field of medical implant materials due to their excellent mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and biocompatibility.However,there are still some problems when titanium alloys are directly applied to the field of implants,such as the surface roughness of titanium alloys and the certain antibacterial effect on the surface of titanium alloys in the human body.These problems are closely related to the surface state of titanium alloys.Therefore,the surface of titanium alloy needs to be treated,which has improved all aspects of titanium alloy performance.Electrochemical polishing technology and the preparation of superhydrophobic surface of titanium alloy are two important surface treatment technologies.In addition,in addition to the field of medical implant materials,titanium alloys are also widely used in aerospace,chemical and other fields.1.Developed a new type of electrochemical polishing liquid that is environmentally friendly to humans,easy to recycle waste liquid and good stability.The surface brightness,roughness and surface morphology of titanium alloys were used as the main indicators of investigation.The effects of temperature,voltage and time on the polishing effect were examined by visual inspection and roughness tester.The surface of the titanium alloy polished by the polishing solution is smooth and bright,and the roughness is 0.098 ?m.Aiming at industrial production,it is proposed to replace the traditional stirrer stirring method with bubbling,and to explore the appropriate parameters of polishing fluid failure.Finally,compared with traditional mechanical polishing and chemical polishing,it is proved that the sample obtained by electrochemical polishing using this polishing solution is better than these two methods.2.The micro-nano structure is constructed on the surface of titanium alloy by sandblasting acid etching and anodizing,and then the surface of the titanium alloy is modified with a low surface energy substance to obtain a super-hydrophobic surface of the titanium alloy.The effects of micro-nano structures and low surface energy substances on the formation of superhydrophobic surfaces of titanium alloys were investigated.Then study the stability of titanium alloy superhydrophobic surface in sunlight,high temperature and acid-base salt solution,and finally test the antibacterial efficiency of titanium alloy superhydrophobic surface.Through experiments,it is found that the titanium alloy superhydrophobic surface prepared by this method has good resistance to sunlight,high temperature,acid and alkali,and salt,and its antibacterial performance against E.coli reaches 74%.After the above two surface treatment methods,the surface performance of the titanium alloy has been greatly improved,and the application range of the titanium alloy has been improved.
