The structural color is the color produced by the nano-scale structure of the material itself,which causes light to diffract,refract,and interfere with light.Its color saturation is high,the brightness is good,it does not fade,and it is green and environmentally friendly.It is widely used in various industries..Among them,the structural color of the thin film is most common in daily life with the advantages of simple structure and controllable color.The structural color of the film is different from the general color measurement due to the color change caused by the angle change.At present,the color measurement uses 8 angle measurement methods based on the ASTM2539 standard in the industrial field,but this measurement still cannot fully characterize the color.Therefore,the academic community mainly focuses on how to reduce the measurement angle as much as possible for color characterization and how to improve color characterization.The accuracy of the two aspects of the study,but the characterization accuracy still needs to be improved.Magnetic structural color refers to the addition of magnetic materials in the design.The fragments of magnetic materials will be rearranged under the action of the magnetic field to obtain the "3D"pattern effect in addition to the color change.It has been widely used in anti-counterfeiting and other fields,such as RMB,Euros,British pounds and other currencies.However,the measurement of magnetic structural colors is currently lacking,so studying the magnetic orientation method,the arrangement rule of magnetic fragments and color calibration is of great significance for the development of magnetic thin film structural colors.Aiming at the color measurement of the film structure color,this paper has conducted a detailed study on the measurement method in this research field,on this basis,the basic method principle of color measurement based on reflection spectrum and real-time black and white calibration is proposed;a set of film structure is designed and manufactured The color characterization system uses a contrast experiment with the X-ray and color spectrum multi-angle color measuring instruments to verify the reliability of the system.At the same time,the system is used to perform color measurement on the FP structure-based film structure color material to obtain the basic color Change law;In order to better predict the color at any angle,the high-precision color calibration method based on segment measurement is used to predict the color of the film structure color material,and compared with the actual measurement results,the color difference reaches 2.8381 to meet the color industry Color difference requirements for structural colors.For magnetic structural color materials,this paper studies the measurement method of magnetic structural color,on this basis,a magnet to achieve the effect of a scroll bar is proposed;an automatic online three-dimensional magnetic orientation device is designed and manufactured.The structured thin film structure color material is magnetically oriented to obtain the"3D" effect of the scroll bar;in order to better predict the arrangement of the magnetically fixed structure color fragments,a uniform color based on CIE1976(L^*a^ b ^*)is used The measurement principle of the three-parameter debris arrangement derivation method in space predicts the debris angle,and compares it with the actual angle.The predicted angle error is about 2 °,reaching a high level of prediction.This thesis systematically studies the color measurement and magnetic orientation of the thin film structural color,and proposes a color characterization system and color calibration method for the thin film structural color measurement.At the same time,an automatic online three-dimensional magnetic orientation device and debris arrangement derivation method is proposed for the magnetic film structural color,which plays an important role in quantifying the magnetic orientation of the magnetic structural color and promotes the improvement of the film production process.
