Comparison Of Chemical Biological Properties From Different Processes And Development Of Horse Oil Acne Cream

This paper mainly focuses on the problems of low level,backward technology,low added value of products and the environmental pollution caused by the waste of horse oil in xinjiang is the proper utilization of the horse oil.Mixed the Three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine included purple grass,Phellodendron chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis with horse oil,and the process screening and transdermal test were carried out for it,developed the compound horse oil acne cream.The cream has the effects of rapid penetration,detoxification and detoxification.it can prevent and cure recurrent acne.The main findings are as follows:(1)Study on the chemical characteristics of horse oil processed by different processes and the effect of promoting the transdermal absorption of model drug salicylic acid.Through the compare of chemical properties horse oil from different process processing,horse oil with excellent physical and chemical properties was selected.The effects of equine oil on the release of salicylic acid in vitro were studied by Agar diffusion method,and the effects of equine oil on the transdermal absorption of salicylic acid were studied by Franz diffusion pool method,the effects of different processing processes on the transdermal permeation of salicylic acid were investigated.The results showed that the supercritical CO₂ fluid extraction of horse oil promotes the percutaneous absorption ability of salicylic acid.(2)The minimum inhibitory concentration of these four herbs extraction on 3 main acne pathogens(staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus albus and propionibacterium)were determined,screening Chinese Herbal Medicines with Strong Bacteriostasis;Combining traditional Chinese medicine theory with lavender oil as the aroma component of compound horse oil acne cream to screen out herbs with good bacteriostatic activity,and to provide experimental basis for the treatment of acne.The results showed that the Arnebia euchroma,Phellodendron and Scutellaria baicalensis have obvious inhibitory effects on 3 acne pathogens.But,the inhibition of Taraxacum mongolicum was weak on 3 acne pathogens.(3)The combination of formula of compound horse oil acne cream.By single factor experiments.primarily screen out horse oil,octadecyl alcohol,glycerin,water and Carbom consumption.By orthogonal experiments looking at rotating speed,Oil to water ratio and temperature impact on compound horse oil acne cream.Identify the best formulation process for compound horse oil acne cream The results showed that the optimal formulation and technology of compound horse oil acne cream were established:horse oil 1.2 g,octadecanol 0.3 g,glycerin 2.5 g,water 30 g,kapolm 7 g,the weight ratio of oil to water 2:8,variable speed stirring and emulsifying temperature 80?.Prepared with this optimal formula technology of compound horse oil acne cream fine and uniform,Easy to smear,Good stability,Suitable for industrial production.(4)To explore the control acne effects of compound horse oil acne cream.The mice auricle inflammation model and the rabbit ear keratinization model,evaluate anti-inflammatory and skin keratinization of compound horse oil acne cream.The results showed that the compound horse oil acne cream has mice auricle inflammation model and the rabbit ear keratinization model obvious anti-inflammatory and improving effects.Compound horse oil acne cream can inhibit pathogens of acne,relieve skin induration,inflammation and other symptoms caused byacne,with the potential valuable in the prevention and treatment of acne.
