The Beixulou Coal Mine's unaffected coal resource reserves can only continue to serve for 10.2 years,so the exploitation of coal resources under the village is imminent.This paper proposes three alternatives for mining coal resources under Village the Beixulou Coal Mine,including relocation mining,strip mining and backfill mining.Implementation parameters of strip mining and backfill mining schemes are designed,and BP neural network is used to predict the surface movement parameters of the two schemes to determine the technical feasibility of different schemes.Finally,the economic effects of different schemes are evaluated by combining economic analysis methods and evaluation methods.The main research contents and results of the paper are as follows:(1)The general situation of Beixulou Coal Mine and the distribution of the upper villages are introduced to explain the feasibility of coal mining under the villages.(2)Relocation mining,strip mining,and filling mining are proposed as options for the exploitation of coal resources under the Beixulou Village,and the implementation parameters of the strip mining and filling mining scheme are designed.(3)The BP neural network is used to predict the surface movement and deformation of the two design schemes of strip mining and backfill mining,and the impact value of surface movement of each scheme is obtained.Judging the feasibility of the three schemes from a technical perspective.(4)Use economic methods to calculate the increased costs of the three schemes,sort them and select the economically optimal scheme for the exploitation of coal resources under the village.(5)Perform static and dynamic economic analysis to evaluate the profitability of the backfill filling scheme;use breakeven analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the ability to combat risks.(6)Through the analysis and comparison of the technical feasibility and economic rationality of the three alternatives,the optimal plan for the exploitation of the coal resources under village in Beixulou Coal Mine is determined.
