Petroleum,as the "blood of industry",plays an irreplaceable role in many aspects such as economic development,transportation,and energy.It also plays a very important role in the development of economic progress.Vertical wells have the advantages of improving crude oil yield and low-cost development,and occupy a very important position in the exploitation of crude oil in oil fields.As an important parameter and index in logging technology,water cut directly affects the method and efficiency of crude oil production.Therefore,the measurement method of crude oil moisture content is of great significance for oilfield exploitation.Therefore,in order to meet the measurement of moisture content,a new model of moisture content and equivalent dielectric constant was optimized and deduced.A new type of combined capacitance sensor was designed,which was simulated and experimentally verified and optimized.First,analyze and study the principle of the existing water content measurement model.Because the underground water is affected by the degree of salinity,the dielectric characteristics have changed.It can be known from the theoretical verification that the degree of salinity has a greater impact on the dielectric characteristics of water,so Under the action,the complex dielectric constant is introduced,combined with the Maxwell equation to establish a new parameter model of the moisture meter.On the basis of theoretical feasibility analysis,the FLUENT simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the flow and adhesion of fluid in the wellbore,by simulating the flow of oil-water mixture in the well and the contact of oil bubbles on the metal electrode,and through the capacitance sensor Structural modeling,simulate real flow conditions,verify the effectiveness of capacitive sensors to measure moisture content and further optimize the sensor structure to improve accuracy.Finally,through the dynamic test of oil-water two-phase flow,the flow rate and the water content are changed,the frequency data of the capacitive sensor is recorded and converted into a period,normalized,analyzed,and the accuracy of the model is verified.The law of response changes better optimizes measuring instruments and reference models.
