Research On Bidding Management Of EPC In An A Enterprise

With the development of modern society and the advancement of science and technology,the competition for productive forces is becoming greater and greater.Enterprise A was a traditional form of Industrial Design Institute,is now transitioning to steel smelting-related design as the core competitiveness of the EPC model profitoriented companies.EPC refers to the whole or several processes such as design and procurement of the contracted engineering construction project based on the entrustment of the owner.Bidding management can effectively reduce enterprise costs and improve profits,especially for An enterprise's equipment procurement.From the point of view of game,there is a kind of game between the company and the owner,especially between the bidding company and the company.Study on the optimization of EPC bidding management in an enterprise can improve enterprise benefit and make the project better implemented.On the basis of consulting and sorting out relevant theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of a enterprise,sorts out the equipment procurement bidding situation of a enterprise,and finds out the existing problems and risks.To find out the existing problems,use the game theory model to analyze the equipment procurement under the EPC contracting mode,and at the same time,evaluate and risk analysis the equipment procurement.Finally,related optimization suggestions were put forward.It is concluded that Enterprise A should improve the management system,strengthen the quality training of relevant personnel,establish a reasonable information system and establish a more comprehensive data system.The EPC bidding model has an important and far-reaching impact on the development of enterprises.It can better play the social resource allocation and promote the growth of social and economic benefits.The author hopes to provide new ideas for the development of China's EPC model through the study of this article.
