In recent years,with the continuous expansion of ASP flooding in Daqing oilfield,the existing filter tanks in the oilfield have problems such as polymer accumulation in the tank,poor regeneration effect of filter material,local hardening of filter material,loss of filter material and excessive water quality.To solve this problem,the acid test on filtering tank,high temperature hot water backwashing experiment,screen mesh,screen change gap experiment,mixing oar frequency control of motor speed and variable intensity back flush test,different degree of ease and improve the filtering tank pressure-out and back to the injection water quality,water can not meet the oilfield water quality indicators requirements.Therefore,the improvement of existing processes and the application of new technologies have become the main problems in oilfield sewage treatment.According to the characteristics of ASP-flooding produced water,the experimental study on efficient regeneration technology of ASP-flooding produced water in filter tank was carried out.The application of axial dynamic backwash double filter material filter tank in sanyuan sewage station can improve the filtration effect,reduce the maintenance workload of the filtration system,meet the requirements of effluent quality,reduce the damage caused by unqualified sewage to the formation,and improve the effect of oilfield development,which has great environmental protection and economic benefits.
