With the rapid development of China's economy and technology,the demand for oil is also increasing.As a key equipment in the oil fracturing process,the sand mixing vehicle has been widely used.The automatic control system will directly determine the efficiency of fracturing operation,even the success or failure.Therefore,the research on the automatic control system not only can improve the development and stability of the oilfield,it is also important for improving the fracturing technology level of our country.This thesis takes HSC360 sand mixing vehicle as the research object.we divide the automatic control system into four control subsystems,and establish the mathematical models of each subsystem.Due to the sand tank is small and the process of the sand mixed is fast,so the system dynamic performance is very strong.For this problem,the predictive functional control method of liquid level height controller is used as the main controller of the system,the other subsystem controllers as deputy controller.In predictive function control,the control effect of the system is reduced when the prediction model does not match the actual model.In order to solve this problem,we use the fuzzy predictive control to reduce the effect of model mismatch.Finally,the fuzzy predictive functional controller is simulated in Matlab/Simulink software,and the simulation result is evaluated by the track settings,setting value change,disturbance resistance in the two cases of model matching and mismatch.The results show that the fuzzy predictive function controller is used as the main controller of the hybrid vehicle,the control system has stronger anti disturbance performance and faster response ability.
