The jarosite slag is the output slag of the process of removing iron by syntheticing jarosite in the zinc hydrometallurgy,which produces a large amount of slag and is seriously polluted to the environment.At present,the treatment of jarosite slag is difficult to take the problem of high price and low price component recovery into consideration.This experiment was based on cement batching substitute jarosite slag and cement batching inspection effect on cement clinker production,important elements'behavior in jarosite slag,adding mineralizer CaF2 and CaCl2 as the cement iron substitute effect on cement ingredients the formation of clinker and cement clinker burning process of iron alum slag is an important element in the behavior of jarosite slag.The results show that when using jarosite slag instead of Fe2O3 as cement ingredients,with jarosite incorporation increased,decreased silicate content generated,impurity content increased;with increasing ofmineralizing reagent,Portland generation to reduce the amount of impurity generation increased;when burning,not heat preservation time of calcination generated effect of clinker,the clinker minerals were all in the 30 minutes generation;the higher the calcination temperature,the impurity content is higher,the temperature range of choice,the best 1295? in the roasting effect;In the firing process of cement,Fe and S respectively to aluminoferrite and sulphoaluminate cement clinker in the form of entry;with the increase of adding amount of jarosite firing temperature was not conducive to S fixation under selected experimental conditions,jarosite slag content from 0.25 times the standard the increase in the amount of up to 1.25 times,the ratio of fixed sulfur decreased from 100%to 62%,the sintering temperature increases from 1295? to 1467?,sulfur fixation ratio decreased from 100%to 26.8%;the fixed firing time has little influence on the change ratio of sulfur;adding mineralizer,sulfur fixation and without adding mineralizer showed similar patterns.In the firing process of cement,Pb and Zn respectively in the zinc ferrite form into the clinker;under the selected experimental conditions,the increasing of the amount of slag on the volatilization of Zn on the volatilization of Pb is favorable,unfavorable:jarosite slag content from 0.25 times the standard amount increased to 1.25 times,Zn volatilization rate increased from 19%to 46%,Pb emission decreased from 74%to 51%;the sintering temperature increases.Volatilization of Pb,Zn of the volatile good:the firing temperature increased from 1295? to 1467?Zn volatilization ratio increased from 15.5%to 60.8%;the firing time extend the little effect on Zn of volatilization,the volatilization of Pb is favorable when the firing time increased from 30minutes to 120mininutes Pb,the volatilization rate increased from 50%to 69%;After adding mineralizer:when adding CaF2 as mineralizer,under selected experimental conditions,the amount of CaF2 increased,the sintering temperature increases,Pb is beneficial to the volatilization of Zn:when 0.5 times the amount of CaF2 addition from theory to 1.25 fold increase,Pb volatilization ratio increased from 28.15%to 51.9%,Zn the volatilization ratio is increased from 33.4%to 56.1%,the sintering temperature increased from 1200? to 1270? the volatilization ratio of Pb increased from 32%to 46%Zn,the volatilization ratio increased from 21%to 24%;the ratio of firing time has little influence on the Pb and Zn volatilization;when adding CaCl2 as mineralizer,in selected experimental conditions next,the amount of CaCl2 increased,the sintering temperature increases,Pb is beneficial to the volatilization of Zn:when 0.5 times the amount of CaCl2 addition from theory to 1.25 fold increase,Pb volatilization ratio increased from 54%to 79%Zn,the volatilization ratio increased from 39%to 62%,the sintering temperature from 1200?.At 1270?,the volatilization ratio of Pb increased from 69%to 98%,and the volatilization ratio of Zn increased from 38%to 66%,while the burning time had little effect on the volatilization ratio of Pb and Zn.
