With the characteristics of less weight and high strength,the titanium alloy cylinder with large diameter and thin walled is widely used in the field of aero engine.However,because of its poor radial stiffness and difficult machining of titanium alloy,the workpiece is prone to show a large deformation under the action of cutting force and clamping force.As workpiece often appears oversized or even scrapped,the accuracy is difficult to be guaranteed.In order to solve the above problems,this paper presents the intelligent air bag fixture for aviation thin-walled component.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,we design and develop the intelligent air bag fixture for aviation thin-walled component.Then we find relevant information and analyze the shortages of existing fixture.Next we summarize the causes of large cutting deformations in existing fixture,and innovate the intelligent air bag fixture for aviation thin-walled component.Last we check fixture folder parameters range and relationship.According to the fixture and clamping parameters,we establish a mechanical model to provide a platform for further research.(2)Secondly,analysis groups are designed.And then the simulation software ANSYS WORKBENCH is used for statics analysis.We analysis and compare the deformation in the cutting force and the deformation of workpiece under the condition of clamping of normal fixture for Aeronautical thin-walled components and the intellect airbag fixture for Aeronautical thin-walled components,obtaining optimization parameters of the intellect airbag fixture for Aeronautical thin-walled components and verifying the ability to reduce the error of the intellect airbag fixture for Aeronautical thin-walled components.(3)Through modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the intellect airbag fixture for Aeronautical thin-walled components and aviation thin-walled parts,the natural frequencies are analyzed,and whether it will cause resonance in the process is judged,verifying the rationality of fixture.(4)The cutting process of aviation thin-walled parts is simulated and analyzed to simulate the cutting process in actual machining process,obtaining the simulation results of the milling force and calculating the cutting deformation of the thin-walled parts by milling force simulation results.
