With the application of inorganic solid electrolytes in many fields,its ionic conductivity and the conduction mechanism of ions in the interface have gradually become the focus of many workers.As an electrolyte layer,lithium ion inorganic solid electrolyte films is a key component of inorganic all-solid electrochromic devices and plays an important role in ion transport-storage.Based on the preliminary preparation of solid electrolyte films in the laboratory,TaOx,LTO/LPO(LixTiyOz/LixPOy)solid electrolyte films were prepared on FTO substrates by magnetron sputtering.The effect of annealing temperature on the structure and properties of inorganic solid electrolyte films was investigated.The photoelectric properties and Li+ interface transport behavior of LTO/TaOx and LPO/TaOx composites at different annealing temperatures were discussed.The TaOx films were prepared by DC reactive magnetron sputtering at different powers.The effects of sputtering power on the structure,morphology,optical and electrical properties of TaOx films were investigated.The propylene carbonate(PC)/LiClO4 solution was used as the electrolyte.The ion transport properties of the films at different sputtering powers were qualitatively analyzed by testing the optical modulation characteristics of the Glass/FTO/WO3/TaOx semi-structure.On this basis,the effects of heat treatment temperature on the structure,morphology,optical and electrical properties of TaOx films were systematically investigated.The leakage current and ionic conductivity of the films at different heat treatment temperatures were analyzed.LTO films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering at room temperature and annealed at different temperatures.The effects of annealing temperature on the structure,morphology and photoelectric properties of LTO films were investigated.The UV-visible spectrophotometer was used to test the transmittance of the film in the visible light range.The FTO/LTO/Al structure was tested ?,and the LTO film was tested for AC impedance.The leakage current of the film was analyzed by different annealing temperatures.The effect of ionic conductivity.At the same time,the photoelectric properties of LTO/TaOx composite structures at different annealing temperatures were studied,and the influence of interface resistance on ion migration was analyzed.The LPO films prepared at room temperature were annealed at different temperatures.The effects of annealing temperature 'on the structure,morphology and photoelectric properties of LPO films were investigated.The effect of annealing temperature on the ionic conductivity of LPO film was analyzed.On this basis,the photoelectric propertie's of LTO/TaOx composite structures at different annealing temperatures were studied,and the transport behavior of ions in composite films was analyzed.
