Sintering process is essential in the procedure of the iron and steel smelting,sinter,the quality of which has a direct impact on the quality of steel,is the most important raw material for blast furnace.At present,the lag of control technology and lower level autoimmunization of iron ore sintering process have become a bottleneck of restricting the production and quality of the sinters in China.Sintering process is a complex industrial process with strong nonlinearity,coupling,uncertainty,time-variation,and time-delay,besides,Burning through point(BTP)can stability control is an important factor to measure of Sintering process is good or bad?After the new 360m2 Sintering nachine put into use,there has been great fluctuation in BTP,so it is difficult to meet the production requirements by using the traditional control technology.Thus,on the basis of analyzing the mechanism of the sintering process,aiming at the problem of the fluctuation of BTP and great manual intervention,this paper makes a deep research on sintering process and its control technology methods.A BTP intelligent control strategy based on the BTP prediction is proposed in this dissertation,what's more,a corresponding intelligent control system is also established,which provides a new effective approach for solving the control problems in sintering process.Firstly,in order to lay the foundation to control BTP steadily,the exhaust gas temperature prediction of BTP model is established,which could calculate and predict the position of BTP.Secondly,due to the characteristics of long time-delay,nonlinearity and incompletion of parameter information in sintering process,the fuzzy control of BTP model is established.In addition,this paper provides the specific design process for two-dimensional fuzzy controller of BTP control.The fuzzy controller make BTP control steadily,by adjusting the velocity of sintering machine.In the view of the characteristics and the main existing control problems in the sintering process,this paper introduces the method to control the two disturbance parameters(the bed thickness and the level of the mixture).Such method helps the disturbance parameter to realize the coordinated optimization.Sintering process control system is made up of prediction of BTP,control of BTP,automatic control of bed thickness and material level balance control.The PLC control software,computer monitoring software,and the Ethernet communication interface platform helps to realize optimization and upgrading of 360m2 sintering machine automatic system.By the practical control results,the feasibility and effectiveness of the designed system are verified.The application of intelligent control strategy in the sintering process,which is based on the prediction for BTP,improves the optimization control level of the sintering process,restrains the fluctuation of BTP effectively,and improves the production and quality of the sinters.Moreover,it reduced working strength of workers,and achieves remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.At the same time,it provides the method for the process control of complex industry to realize industrialization.
