Hydrometallurgy is the process of separating and extracting valuable metals from raw mineral materials.Compared with the traditional pyrometallurgy,hydrometallurgy has more efficient cleaning,high metal recovery rate,large process flexibility and is more suitable for the recovery of low-grade and complex metal mineral resources.In view of the characteristics of China's mineral resources such as lean ore,high impurity content and high complexity,the hydrometallurgical process is of great significance for improving the utilization rate of comprehensive mineral resources and reducing environmental pollution.However,the hydrometallurgical process has the characteristics of many disturbing factors,many variables and strong coupling between variables and nonlinearity.In the actual process of industrial production,the uncertainty caused by the measurement,the characteristics of the material,etc.or the uncertainty caused by the change of the model parameters,structure and working conditions have restricted the development of the optimization control of the process.In this thesis,the hydrometallurgy production process is divided into the process of mixing pulp and the downstream leaching,pressure filtration washing,replacement process.Aiming at the parameter uncertainty caused by inaccurate measurement of some key variables in hydrometallurgy production process,a fuzzy qualitative modeling method of mixing process combining expert knowledge and field operator's experience information is proposed.By combining the mechanism modeling of each process in the downstream process,an integrated hydrometallurgical process model with expert knowledge and mechanism model was established.Then,in view of the problem of parameter uncertainty,this paper adopts the interval optimization method to realize the hydrometallurgical complex industrial process optimization with uncertain parameters.According to the hierarchical decision-making method of process indicators and process variables in actual management,the minimum consumption process is estimated by establishing the minimum consumption model,and the interval process based on minimum consumption model is optimized to solve the downstream process flow and establish the optimal model library.Finally,the whole process of hydrometallurgical production process to achieve optimal control,the establishment of the whole process of the optimal operating mode library.Finally,the simulation analysis of hydrometallurgy production process verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
