Ceramic materials have high hardness,high modulus of elasticity and low density,They have strong absorption of kinetic energy and good ballistic performance.In addition,alumina ceramics have mature preparation process,abundant raw materials and low price.Researchers pay more attention on the field of armored bullet-proof.Amorphous alloy has high strength,good toughness,and a lot of advantages,which make it have a wide range of applications in military and micro-precision devices fields.In recent years,ceramic/amorphous alloy interpenetrating phase composites were prepared by pressure infiltration casting,which have the advantages of the two materials and make up for their deficiencies.So they attract people to carry out a lot of scientific researches in foundation and application.In this paper,porous alumina ceramics with high porosity and anti-opal structure were prepared by gel casting and sacrificial template method.The thermal analysis curve of EPS and other organic materials were used to determine the degreasing process at a heating rate of 1?/min,and holding at 330? for 5 hours and reheating to 700?.The samples sintered at a 1400-1650? for 4 hours.In addition,we also studied the effects of sintering temperature and solid phase content on the shrinkage,relative density,porosity,microstructure,compression strength and bending strength of porous ceramics.The porosity of alumina porous ceramic is 61%at 1650?.The compression strength and bending strength are 20.9 MPa and 19.2 MPa,respectively.The wetting angle of Ti32.8 Zr30.2 Ni5.3Cu9Be22.7 alloy on the alumina substrate was measured by the ultra-high vacuum wettability test system.In the temperature range of 1023 K-1223 K,the equilibrium contact angle first decreases and then increases with the increase in temperature.At 1123 K,the wetting angle of Ti32.8Zr30.2 Ni5.3Cu9Be22.7 alloy on the alumina substrate is the smallest.According to the above results of wetting experiment,we fabricate Al2O3/Ti32.8Zr30.2Ni5.3Cu9Be22.7 interpenetrating phase composites by pressure-infiltration casting method.The pressure infiltration temperature was 1073 K and 1123 K,holding compress time was 5 min,10 min and 15 min,respectively.XRD,microstructure and mechanical properties analysis show that the composite material has alumina phase and Ti32.8Zr30.2Ni5.3Cu9Be22.7 amorphous alloy phase,and there is no other crystalline phase,the interface combines closely,compression strength and bending strength are 658 MPa and 127 MPa respectively.
