| The purpose that accurate control of the End Temperature of the refining furnace is to provide qualified temperature and composition of molten steel for the continuous casting at the specified time.The existing control methods of End Temperature are mostly based on the point prediction model of molten steel,the purpose is Provide reference information for making control strategy and control effect and expectations there is deviation.Therefore,this article takes into account the warming process and the existence of desulfurization process coupling characteristics,based on the Interval-Prediction model of molten steel temperature and sulfur content,using the results of interval forecasting with uncertainty information,the process variables involved in the end temperature are optimally designed in order to realize End Temperature Interval-Control for LF(Ladle Furnace).First of all,refining process is divided into slagging phase and temperature tuning phase and analyzing different process requirements that different stages to temperature control by analyzing the characteristics of the refining process.And analyzing uncertainty characteristics in the refining process according to the characteristics of the process.To solve the problem that the result of point prediction does not contain uncertainty information,using Interval-Prediction method of temperature according to the relevant literature.The method calculates and establishes the temperature Interval-Prediction model from the uncertainty of the model and the uncertainty of the data.Following,establishing sulfur content Interval-Prediction model.Based on the interval results of temperature Interval-Prediction model and sulfur content Interval-Prediction model,the constraint model with interval numbers is established by combining the process requirements of process parameters involved in temperature control in two stages.In addition,the final interval optimization model is established by taking the economic cost of refining as the objective function and optimizing the power supply and slag production in the refining process.Finally,for the interval optimization problem,Interval Analysis is used to process the interval number of the model and the interval optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem.On the one hand,it is the flexible application of the result of Interval-Prediction,on the other hand,it also provides a new direction of research on optimal design of refining process parameters which one of the global optimization problem.From the final calculation results,the optimization scheme of this paper can save the economic cost under the premise of meeting the requirements which refining process for process parameters. |
