High silicon steel with silicon content of 4.5%is used as the core of transformers due to the excellent high resistivity and magnetocrystalline anisotropy.Conventional oriented silicon steel achieved abnormal grain growth of Goss grains by Recrystallization texture to improve the magnetic properties.Currently,4.5%oriented silicon steel is failed to realize industrial production.It is only prepared in laboratory.In this paper,he 0.20mm~0.30mm 4.5%Si oriented high silicon thin sheets were finally fabricated through the one-stage and two-stage cold rolling process.And we achieved the strong recrystallization η fiber was achieved after final annealing by used the AIN and MnS as inhibitors.The evolution of secondary recrystallization texture was analyzed by XRD and EBSD.The 4.5%Si high silicon steel thin sheets achieved strong η fiber during high temperature annealing When the normalized temperature ranges 1000℃ to 1100℃.There few influence the magnetic properties of 4.5%Si high silicon steel thin sheets by the normalized temperature 1000℃ to 1100℃.Cold rolling reduction also has few obvious effects on η primary recrystallization texture when the one-stage cold rolling reduction ranges from 83%~87%.But when the cold rolling reduction reached 89%,the η primary recrystallization texture obvious weaken due to the excessive rolling reduction,and effect the η grow abnormally during high temperature annealing.Second-stage cold rolling reduction has obvious effects on η primary recrystallization texture.The 4.5%Si high silicon steel thin sheets achieved strong ηfiber during high temperature annealing when the two-stage rolling reduction ranged from 55%to 70%.The {111}<112>texture is benefit for η grain growing up abnormally during the secondary recrystallization.The magnetic properties high temperature annealing was decline because of homogeneous y texture was produced during the primary recrystallization when the two-stage rolling reduction rate was reached 70%.
