Financial risk research is a long-term topic,many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research.Iron and steel enterprises as a pillar industry of the national economy plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy.In recent years,by the domestic and international economic situation and the development of enterprises in their own problems,the development of China's iron and steel enterprises increasingly difficult.In the market competition,passive response,tight cash flow,corporate profit margins shrinking,operating conditions and financial situation are worrying,this time to effectively evaluate and control the financial risks of iron and steel enterprises,strengthen China's steel enterprises to deal with financial risk awareness and ability More necessary.This paper chooses Fushun Special Steel Co.,Ltd.as a sample to study the causes and evaluation of its financial risk and put forward the corresponding control measures.Fushun Special Steel Co.,Ltd.is one of the most important production bases of Northeast Special Steel Group.It is an independent R&D base for the use of special steel materials in the field of high-tech fields such as national defense,military and aerospace.Northeast Special Steel filed a bankruptcy reorganization application on September 26,it is worth noting that the court accepted the application for bankruptcy reorganization of the object does not include its Fushun Special Steel.At present,domestic and foreign scholars on the financial risk research,mainly focused on the construction of financial risk early warning system and from the industry point of view of the in-depth study,the lack of corporate financial status assessment and specific financial risk analysis of the combination of research.The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the corporate financial risk awareness and to develop the financial risk early warning system,and to adopt the corresponding financial risk assessment and control method to enhance the financial risk resistance of the enterprise and make it sustainable development.It is hoped that the conclusion of this paper will have some reference value for the identification and control of financial risk of Chinese iron and steel enterprises.
