Perovskite solar cells,as one of the most promising battery types,have broad prospects for the development of new energy sources and aroused widespread concern among researchers in various countries owing to its high photoelectric conversion efficiency,environmental friendliness and low cost.In this thesis,the preparation process of the compact layer,mesoporous layer and perovskite layer of the perovskite solar cell was optimized and the solar cell was assembled to test the photoelectric properties of the battery.The influence of different preparation processes on the perovskite solar cells were studied.Firstly,the compact layer was prepared by sol-gel method by spin-coating method,and the effect of spin-coating speed on the photoelectric properties of solar cells was investigated.The results show that when the spin speed is 6500rpm,the thickness of the compact layer is about 70nm,the film is even and flat,the continuity is good,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is 4.51%.In the preparation of mesoporous layer,the effect of different thickness of mesoporous layer and artificial pores in mesoporous layer on the performance of the solar cell was studied.Firstly,mesopore layers with different thickness were fabricated by adjusting spin speed during the spin coating method.The morphology of the mesoporous layers was analyzed and the photoelectric properties were measured by assembling solar cells.Then mesoporous layer was added with polyethylene glycol and acetylene black as pore-forming agent respectively.Mesopore layer with artificial pores was prepared and the effect of pore-forming agent on the mesoporous layer was studied.On the basis of this,photoelectric properties of perovskite solar cell were measured.The results show that when the spin speed is 5000rpm,the thickness of the mesoporous layer is about 150nm,and the layer is continuous and uniform,with a high photoelectric conversion eficiency.The addition of 1.5%wt of acetylene black and the introduction of evenly distributed artificial pores in the mesoporous layer promoted the adsorption of perovskite and enhanced the photoelectric conversion efficiency.In the preparation of perovskite,two-step in-situ synthesis of perovskite was used to investigate the effects of different lead iodide and isopropanol post-treatment on the perovskite crystallization,then the solar cell was assembled and battery performance was tested.The results show that the perovskite prepared by 1:1 DMF/DMSO mixed solution has good crystallinity,uniform film formation,high coverage and high efficiency.The isopropanol post-treatment purifies the perovskite crystal and improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell.
