Based on the statistical analysis of mine rescue experience,it is found that the number of instantaneous deaths caused by explosion and collapse in the first site of mine accounts for less than 10% of the total deaths of accident personnel.The key causes of casualties are the lack of oxygen in the roadway environment,the high concentration of poisonous gases and the blocking of escape routes by the collapse of mine roadways.Therefore,the construction of wireless multimedia communication network for rapid mine rescue can increase the overall efficiency of rescue work and reduce the casualty rate.Economic losses are of great value.In this paper,the core technology of wireless multimedia communication for mine rescue is analyzed in depth,and based on this,the design scheme of wireless multimedia network system for mine rescue is formulated.Based on the characteristics of emergency rescue communication system and the functions of nodes in wireless network,the terminal node and sink node are designed,the hardware design scheme is clear,and the scientific components,chips and hardware circuit schematics are selected to design wireless network nodes and wired communication lines,thus establishing network-type topology.The structure of emergency rescue communication system and the working flow of the equipment are discussed in detail.In this study,the process of coordinator networking and the process of router nodes and terminal nodes joining wireless networks are described in detail.Taking carbon monoxide sensor terminal nodes and voice terminal nodes as examples,the process of environmental parameter acquisition and voice communication is discussed.In addition,according to the relevant specifications,this study implements MALTLAB speech coding and decoding simulation for speech coding algorithm ADPCM,and carries out detailed calculation of the error rate of the coding and decoding algorithm.Finally,the upper computer monitoring system of rescue base and command center based on Lab VIEW graphical programming language is discussed.The upper computer system can add nodes conveniently in the network.
