At present,oil well communication technology is developing continuously,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various communication technologies in the oil well,and proposes a new oil well communication mode,which leads to the research of pipeline underwater acoustic communication system.At the same time,the history and current situation of underwater acoustic communication and underwater acoustic communication in pipeline are explained.Then the channel environment of the pipeline underwater acoustic communication system is analyzed,and the shallow water acoustic channel with similar channel characteristics is used for modeling and simulation analysis of the pipeline underwater acoustic channel.After that,the design of pipeline underwater acoustic communication system is introduced.The detailed design of every module about the hardware circuit in the system is introduced.Some of the circuits are simulated by Multisim,and the wireless ultrasonic charging module is designed in the circuit.The power supply mode of the communication system is improved to optimize the communication system,and the principle of each module in the software part is analyzed.Among them,the FPGA internal algorithm is simulated by the Model Sim,and the Signal Tap is used to grab the signal for analysis and verification,so as to prove the feasibility of the hardware and software of the communication system.Finally,the simulation of pipeline underwater acoustic communication system is carried out in MATLAB to demonstrate the feasibility of the communication system.The experiment of pipeline underwater acoustic communication is carried out in the laboratory environment.Firstly,the hardware circuit of the communication system is verified by experiment,which proves the reliability of the hardware model of the communication system.Then a pipeline underwater acoustic communication system is built in the laboratory to analyze the error performance of the system in different data transmission rates,different communication distances,error correction codes and different installation modes.It is proved that the channel simulation model can meet the research requirements,the pipelineunderwater acoustic communication system can meet the communication requirements of the system,and the new oil well communication mode proposed can be realized.
