With the in-depth development of the market economic system,the environment for the development of China's energy market is complex and changeable.In order to better cope with the complicated economic environment and increasingly fierce international competition,building a scientific and rational centralized fund management system is essential for the healthy development of energy companies.As a large domestic oil enterprise group,CNPC has played a huge supporting role in the development of the entire national economy.In recent years,with the gradual improvement of China's comprehensive strength,the domestic market economy has developed steadily,and large-scale enterprise groups have continuously expanded their business scale and innovative management mode,and their centralized management methods have become more and more perfect.However,compared with the large international enterprise groups,the theory of centralized management of funds in China needs to be further improved,and the experience of centralized management of domestic enterprise groups is also less.Therefore,CNPC must learn from the advanced experience of large international enterprise groups and combine the actual situation of enterprise development to seek a fund management strategy suitable for its own development.After analyzing the status quo of centralized management of CNPC's funds,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies,which are analyzed through the following parts: Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,research significance and the centralized management of funds at home and abroad.Literature review,and put forward the content and methods of the thesis research.Secondly,it defines the concept,model and related theories of centralized management of funds.Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation of CNPC's centralized management of funds,analyzes the corresponding advantages and existing problems,and finds that CNPC's fund settlement ability needs to be strengthened,the informationization level of centralized fund management needs to be improved,and centralized management of funds The difficulty coefficient is large,the group risk prevention and control system needs to be improved,and the bill resources are not fully utilized.Finally,it puts forward corresponding strategies for the problems existing in CNPC: introducing professional financial talents,strengthening information construction,effectively integrating financial companies with settlement centers,strengthening bill management,improving risk prevention and control systems,and strengthening overseas fund management.
