Abstract/Summary:
With the depletion of global resources and the deterioration of the environment,green manufacturing modern manufacturing models that comprehensively consider resource efficiency and environmental emissions have attracted more and more attention.A wave of green transformation and upgrading for the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption and reducing environmental emissions was launched in the manufacturing industry.The die casting process is widely used in the fields of electro mechanics,communications,automobiles,and general machines due to the trend of product complexity,precision,and weight reduction in modern manufacturing.However,compared with international advanced enterprises,the problem of low green degree in China’s die casting production process is still very prominent.And most enterprises still face problems such as high energy consumption,high temperature,high noise and high pollution.It is of great significance to realize the green improvement of the die casting industry.During the implementation of green transformation and upgrading,enterprises are faced with the problem of lacking of the green assessment system and data of related manufacturing processes,making it difficult to provide data support for managers’ decision-making.In the support of the green manufacturing system integration project of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2017,"Green Process Innovation and Integrated Demonstration Factory for High Precision and Complex Casting Products",for the purpose of improving the green degree of the die casting factory,this paper establishes a green manufacturing assessment index system for die casting production and realize the data acquisition of the manufacturing process.And also studying intelligent algorithms to mine high-value production information in the die casting production process.On this basis,an intelligent acquisition platform for green manufacturing information in the die casting production process was developed to provide data for the green improvement of enterprises.Firstly,analyzing the greening status of die casting factories and determining the green assessment index system composed of resource attributes,energy attributes and environmental attributes.This index system concerns about energy consumption and management in the manufacturing process of die casting production process,environmental emissions during production and resource utilization efficiency.On the basis of clarifying the green assessment indicators of the die casting production process,making a data acquisition plan to collect the corresponding production data,and designing the data acquisition layer and data transmission layer in the data acquisition system.Secondly,studying on intelligent acquisition algorithm of key information in die casting production process.On the basis of collecting equipment power data,data analysis technology is used to mine key information in the production process,and intelligent algorithms are used to obtain the running status,processing quantity and processing cycle of die casting equipment,and also the process of obtaining green assessment indicators is introduced.Then,detailed design of the data storage and processing layer in the data acquisition system of the platform,the development of the data processing software system and the introduction of the visualization function.In the data storage layer,the functional design of the database and the design of the main tables is completed.In the software system,building a software architecture that introduces message middleware and the message producer and message consumer and monitor are detailed design.In the visualization function,introducing the selected visualization platform.Finally,introducing the application of the green manufacturing information intelligent acquisition platform for die casting production process of a factory,the main functions of the platform’s modules in detail and displaying the pictures.
