With the increasing demand for metals such as iron and steel,traditional metal smelting and casting methods have been unable to meet the intelligent,efficient and energy-saving development theme,especially in the metal casting industry,traditional solid baffle casting and rolling efficiency and pure labor production It is difficult for Fang to adapt to the increasing demand for steel,and it is necessary to achieve technological innovation and meet the needs of steel production through advanced electromagnetic side sealing casting and rolling technology combined with an intelligent control system.According to the needs of an actual production enterprise,this paper studied the excitation power supply and detection control part of the electromagnetic side sealing principle prototype,in order to develop a stable,reliable,efficient and energy-saving dual-roll cast aluminum alloy thin strip electromagnetic side sealing principle prototype technical support and verification basis.In this paper,based on the actual requirements,based on the comparative analysis of the traditional metal casting and rolling background,the solid baffle plugging +electromagnetic side sealing technology is used to cast and roll the aluminum alloy thin strip.In order to ensure production efficiency and energy utilization,the aluminum alloy casting process and the characteristics of the controlled object were analyzed,and a closed-loop control system was established with the metal liquid level and resonance frequency as the controlled object.Combined with theoretical knowledge such as MAXWELL equations and skin effect,the magnetic field strength of the electromagnetic side seal and the number of ampere turns required in the case of aluminum alloy liquid level fluctuation are calculated.The two-dimensional simulation model and threedimensional simulation model of the electromagnetic side seal were built.The influencing factors and degree of the electromagnetic side seal,the electromagnetic side sealing force of different aluminum alloy liquid levels and the excitation power demand of the electromagnetic side seal were analyzed.The side seal system laid the foundation.Based on the aforementioned research,we focused on designing an excitation power supply that fits the electromagnetic side seal device.Simulink was used to build a power supply circuit simulation system,and the feasibility of the excitation power supply was analyzed and verified.The BUCK voltage regulation feedback control system with aluminum alloy liquid level as the control object,and the phase-locked tracking feedback with the resonance frequency as the control object were designed.Control system to ensure that the excitation power supply can always work with maximum conversion efficiency,and according to the circuit design requirements and the overall control plan,the important components of the excitation power supply system are calculated and the corresponding hardware selection.The study also used the electromagnetic side seal equivalent experiment to verify the response of the electromagnetic side seal device to the magnetic field strength and electromagnetic side sealing force at different currents.The tracking experiment verified the speed and stability of the system.It proves the correctness of the research plan and provides guidance for the manufacture of the prototype of the electromagnetic side seal principle.
