Machining is an important part of the manufacturing of complex and precise equipment.However,there are many problems during the actual manufacturing process,such as the lack of multi-source information collection,the multi-source heterogeneous data,the lack of collected data utilization,and the inability of abnormal processing quality warning,which seriously limit the increasement of enterprises' manufacturing capability.Therefore,based on the research results at home and abroad,the pre-warning system of machining quality abnormality and its application considering the machining process of complex precision equipment workshop is studied.Firstly,by studying the machining status of the complex precision equipment production workshop and demands of the pre-warning for the machining quality,a pre-warning system for the abnormal information collection of machining quality,the data transmission of the machining process,and the abnormal pre-warning of machining quality in the complex precision equipment production workshop is established,and its architecture,function structure and operation mode are studied.Secondly,based on the architecture of the system,the acquisition and transmission method for the machining process quality information is explored and studied,including the method of the acquisition of the abnormal information in the machining process based on the multi-functional interactive device and the data transmission technology in the machining process based on the Modbus-TCP protocol,which realize the acquisition of the multi-source data and the transmission of the heterogeneous information in the machining process of machine tools.Then,based on the research of the collection and transmission method for machining quality information,the Bayesian Network is adopted to study the pre-warning method for the abnormal machining quality of machine tools.By building the pre-warning model for the abnormal machining quality,the parameter learning and the maximum posttest hypothesis,the pre-warning of abnormal processing quality are realized.Finally,based on the above research results,the pre-warning system for abnormal quality of machine tool processing in complex precision equipment workshop is implemented in the practical situation to meet the demands of a manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing,which achieves good application results.
