ZSM-5 zeolite is a kind of zeolite widely used in chemical production.Due to its excellent hydrothermal stability,rich surface acid potential and good shape selection,it has an important application in petrochemical field.However,ZSM-5 zeolize is because the microporous structure,the aperture is narrow and small,in the face of the equivalent diameter larger reactant molecules,due to the reactant molecules could not enter inside the hole,a larger number of internal acid can not play a catalytic role,at the same time,because of the ZSM-5 zeolite internal channel is long and narrow,molecular in reactant and product mass transfer and diffusion process is restricted,the molecules will be deposited on the pore,result in the deactivation.Zeolite molecular sieve carbon seriously affect its catalytic life.This paper is devoted to solve the difficulties faced by the traditional ZSM-5 zeolite,the cheap polyether amine and silane coupling agent in industry was formed a soft organic template agent,which was introduced traditional ZSM-5 zeolite,synthesized by multistage aperture ZSM-5 molecular sieve and examines the ZSM-5 zeolite synthesis multilevel hole in thiophene alkylation desulfurization applications.The optimum conditions for the synthesis of T403-KH560 with the coupling agent KH560 of silane are described.The experiment shous that the organic templte agent T403-KH560 synthesized by microwave reaction at 90?for 4 h under the protection of nitrogen at T403-KH560=1:2 can play the greatest role in the introduction of traditional ZSM-5 zeolite.Further explore T403-KH560 introduced traditional ZSM-5 zeolite by crystallization temperature,crystallization time,the addition amount of TPAOH,the amount of template agent and synthesis system solution PH and the influence of silica alumina ratio.Silica alumina ratio of 130 final seletion theory,the crystallization temperature of 423 K,crystallization time is 5 days,TPAOH addition amount of41 ml,template agent content of 12 ml,generated by the multistage aperture ZSM-5 zeolite molecular sieve has a maximum total 740 m2g-1of surface,the intermediary pore specific surface area is 442 m2g-1,total pore size is 0.66cm3g-1.On the basis of chapter 3,the optimum conditions for the synthesis of ED600-KH560 by coupling anine polyetheramine ED600 with silane coupling agent KH560 were investigated.Under the protection of nitrogen,the ED600-KH560 had the best pore forming effect when the reaction temperature was 85?for 8 h.Through exploring system of synthetic silica alumina ratio,crystallization temperature,crystallization time and the synthesis system add volume ratio,determine to use two step synthesis method of this series multistage crystallization hole ZSM-5 zeolite.The first step in the crystallization temperature is 423 K(T1),crystallization time is 24 h,the second step crystallization temperature is 443 K(T2),crystallization time of 4 days,guide agent addition amount of 46 ml,template agent content is 7.5 ml,theory of silica alumina ratio is 100,generated by the multistage aperture ZSM-5 zeolite has a maximum total surface areas is 691 m2g-1,the specific surface area of the intermediate hole is 536 m2g-1and the total pore diameter is 0.50 cm3g-1.The traditional ZSM-5,T403 series,ED600 series multistage porous molecular sifters were used for thiophene alklation desulfurization.The results show that compared with the traditional ZSM-5 zeolite,multistage aperture ZSM-5 zeolite thiophene conversion rate can be increase by more than 50%,and as with the increase of specific surface area,thiophene conversion rate will increase.Due to the ED600 series multistage aperture excellent ZSM-5 zeolite mesoporous specific surface area and more acid exist,so in terms of 1-hexene selective has more advantages.
