At present,there is a great demand for coal resources in many aspects of China's industrial production and people's lives,and the scale of coal mining is also very large.However,due to the harsh environment of coal mines,the safety and other aspects of the prevention and control have brought greater pressure,and coal mine accidents often occur.With the continuous development of technology,surveillance video has been widely used in coal mine production operations,and manual video surveillance can reduce the incidence of coal mine accidents.However,the manual monitoring video requires the staff to be always in front of the screen,so the workload of the staff is heavy and it is easy to produce visual fatigue.In addition to the special environment in the coal mine,the staff is sometimes difficult to distinguish the moving target.Some dangerous factors will be ignored,which will lead to coal mine accidents.In recent years,the development of video image processing technology has been rapid.How to integrate video image processing technology in the monitoring of underground coal mines is becoming more and more important for the monitoring of underground coal mines to be intelligent.The monitoring equipment incorporating video image processing technology can reduce the workload of the staff and improve the efficiency of the monitoring equipment,thereby better guaranteeing the safety of coal mine production.This thesis studies the video processing technology from the perspective of coal mine production safety operations,and improves the monitoring capabilities of surveillance video through information technology to ensure the safety of coal mine production personnel.Due to the high noise,low visibility and excessive interference factors in the coal mine,the quality of the video image obtained is poor.If the quality of the video image is not improved,it will affect the subsequent detection of moving targets.In recent years,many research scholars have studied image enhancement technology,but due to the special environment of coal mines,the use of a single image enhancement technology has little effect.Secondly,because there are workers working throughout the day in the coal mine,moving targets may be introduced in the first frame of the video,which may lead toghosting in the detection results of moving targets.In recent years,although domestic and foreign scholars have studied the technology of removing ghost phenomenon,but it is directly applied in the coal mine environment,the effect is not very satisfactory.On the basis of previous research work,combined with the characteristics of coal mine underground environment,this paper analyzes and researches the video image enhancement technology and moving target detection technology of coal mine underground,and puts forward improvement ideas.(1)In terms of video image enhancement,in order to improve the image quality of coal mine underground,this paper combines wavelet transform and histogram equalization method based on the characteristics of coal mine underground environment.First,perform eight-band decomposition operation on the video image;then set the threshold,use the threshold method to quantize the wavelet coefficients of each layer,and reconstruct the video image using the quantized wavelet coefficients;then determine the video image gray level and calculate the image histogram The probability of the graph,and the cumulative value of the probability of the histogram is obtained;finally,the mapping relationship of the pixels is obtained,and the original pixel is replaced.Experimental results show that this method can effectively remove noise interference in coal mine underground images,and enhance local image contrast without affecting the overall image contrast.(2)In terms of moving target detection,this paper proposes an improved Vi Be algorithm to detect moving targets in coal mines.The improved Vi Be algorithm combines the background difference method in the background initialization and binary image process.In the background initialization step,first use the background difference method to obtain an initial background,and then use this initial background to initialize the background,which can eliminate ghosting.In the step of binarizing the image,first of all,the background difference method is used to extract the motion area,and then only the detected motion area is taken to eliminate the flicker pixels,the binarized image and the background update operation,which can improve the calculation speed.The experimental results prove that when the improved Vi Be algorithm is used to process the enhanced video image,compared with other comparison methods,the ghost phenomenon in the video image of the underground coal mine can beeliminated more quickly,and the running speed of the algorithm is improved.
