As a continuous mining method without coal pillars,the roadway along the goaf can reduce the roadway excavation rate,ease the tension of excavation replacement,and improve the coal resource recovery rate.Xinjing Mine 3 # coal seam used coal pillars in the past to protect the roadway,which not only required a large amount of tunneling,causing coal loss,but also caused gas overrun problems during the mining process.Based on the conclusions of previous studies,this paper takes the 3213 working face of Xinjing Mine as the research background,adopts on-site mechanical testing to obtain the geomechanical parameters of the surrounding rock of # 3 coal seam,and uses theoretical analysis to determine the basic top-breaking patterns and their retention For the study of the influence of roadway surrounding rock,the research method combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is used to investigate the deformation mechanism of surrounding roadway surrounding rock and the verification analysis of the control technology,and then to give the concrete implementation plan of the roadway along 3213 face.This paper analyzes the basic roof breakage patterns along the goaf and its influence on the surrounding rock of the roadway.The conditions required for the basic roof breakage to occur in four situations are determined.The basic roof breakage of the 3213 working face appears above the solid coal.Basic roof Given the basic roof deformation,the expressions of longitudinal deformation and lateral deformation of the filling body and solid coal gang caused by basic roof fracture are derived,and the effect of basic roof fracture on the surrounding rock of the remaining roadway in 3213 working face is obtained specifically.By analyzing the mechanism of surrounding rock deformation along the goaf,the surrounding rock deformation along the goaf is divided into four stages and five stages respectively.The combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is used to verify the roadside.The rationality of the width of the C30 flexible concrete wall is 1.2m.When determining the operation along the empty roadway,the basic support of the roadway is anchor rod + anchor cable + W-shaped steel belt + metal diamond mesh,and the filling body beside the roadway is C30 flexible mold concrete.Temporary support adopts "one beam and three columns" to form the surrounding rock control technology of "basic support + roadside filling support + temporary support".Finally,combined with the concrete engineering practice of 3213 working face along the goaf,based on the results of mine pressure monitoring,it can be seen that the road along goaf has a good effect,which verifies the correctness of the conclusion of the thesis.It alleviates the technical problems of the pressure of the mine ventilation system and the tightness of the mining extraction replacement,and brings significant economic and social benefits to the mine.The research results in this article provide some valuable references for the follow-up operation of the goaf in Xinjing Mine.
