The rapid development of the coal industry and the sharp increase in the amount of coal selected have made the output of tailings larger and larger.At the same time,the development of the industrial process has caused increased pollution of water resources.The use of tailings to treat organic pollutants in water is an ideal solution to the environmental problems of water pollution one.In view of the waste of resources in tailings stacking,the chemical agents contained in the tailings causing great harm to the environment and other issues,this topic uses tetrabutyl titanate as a precursor to prepare different crystal types of nano-TiO2;and adopts the sol-gel method to It is combined with modified tail coal to prepare flotation tail coal-based mixed crystal nano-TiO2;combined with XRD,BET,SEM,UV-vis and other characteristics,the degradation mechanism and effect of the new composite photocatalytic material are analyzed to realize minerals The efficient and economical recycling of resources has formed a virtuous circle of waste treatment.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The preparation of nano-TiO2,using tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor,prepared anatase TiO2 by sol-gel method,through roasting modification study,it was found that rutile appeared at 500?,anatase and rutile at 600?The ratio is72:28,the light absorption boundary is red-shifted by 4 nm,and the catalytic effect is the best.The optimal reaction conditions for methylene blue and methyl orange are p H=8,catalyst dosage 2 g/L,light conditions 300 W,p H=4.The amount of catalyst is 1 g/L,and the light condition is 300 W.(2)Tail coal modification,through tail coal(roasting,acid method,alkali method)modification research,it is found that after three kinds of modification,the specific surface and pore diameter of the tail coal increase,and the adsorption modification has the best effect of tail coal roasting modification The adsorption rates for methylene blue and methyl orange are 17.40%and 18.10%,respectively.(3)The tail coal-based photocatalytic composite material is prepared by using tetrabutyl titanate as a precursor and tail coal as a carrier,and a floatation tail coal-based mixed crystal phase TiO2 with good photocatalytic performance is prepared by a sol-gel method.Through the study of tailing coal-based mixed crystalline TiO2,it is found that the composite material has a red absorption boundary of 126nm,and the roasted modified tailings are used to load the mixed crystalline at a ratio(m(coal sample):m(TiO2)of 1:1)TiO2 has the best dark state adsorption and photocatalytic effect.The removal rates of methylene blue and methyl orange are 93.06%and 94.78%respectively;under visible light conditions,the removal rates of methylene blue and methyl orange are 53.00%and 57.63%respectively;reuse Performance has improved.
