Organophosphorus chemistry is closely related to human life,and has import applications in various fields such as medicine,bioengineering,and agriculture.In particular,research related to chiral phosphorus compounds has received more and more attention.This paper focuses on the addition reaction of (R_P)-menthylphenylphosphine oxide and propyne aldehyde derivatives,the reaction of(R_C/S_C)-?-hydroxyalkynyl oxyphosphorus with phosphorus chloro compounds,and the phosphine borane Exploratory research on the preparation method of complex reduction.First,we discuss the research background and research significance of allene bisphosphine ligands.Secondly,it introduces our own work foundation and research ideas.Again,we have focused on the synthesis of chiral?-hydroxy alkynyl phosphate compounds,non-racemic allenyl compounds from(R_P)-menthyl phenyl phosphine oxide as the base material.The basic content can be summarized as follows:By optically pure(R_P)-menthylphenylphosphine oxide,we studied the synthesis of a series of chiral?-hydroxyalkynyl alcohols with alkynyl aldehydes with different substituents.Through the exploration of the reaction conditions,we found that this reaction?-hydroxyalkynyl alcohol can be separated by TLC.Through the analysis of the relevant data,it is found that the configuration of the phosphorus atom is maintained,and the?-carbon attached to the phosphorus is chiral,and the compound undergoes epimerization.The reaction was carried out by optically pure(R_C/S_C)-?-hydroxyalkynyl alcohol with diphenylphosphoryl chloride,and diethyl ether was used as a solvent with a selectivity of>99:1.We found that the alkadiene compounds produced by different carbon chirality have the same chirality.Finally,we explored the synthesis of phosphine borane complexes.We mainly studied the menthyl phenylborane phosphate.We used metal reduction to remove binaphthyl phenol to obtain menthyl phenylphosphine borane.The compound,its phosphorus atom chirality is still uncontrollable.
