The paper relies on the research on the surrounding rock control technology of the reclaimed roof roadway in the multi-coal mining of Youjiang Mining Bureau Co.,Ltd.It focuses on the support problems of the broken surrounding rock roadway.Through field investigation,laboratory test,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering application.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through on-site research and testing,field conditions such as deformation and damage of the broken surrounding rock roadway and failure of the supporting structure were obtained.Some rock samples of the top and bottom floors were collected,and relevant data such as the operating rules of the Zhoujing Coal Mine were collected.The damage of the roadway and the microscopic observation of the rock sample summarize the deformation and failure mechanism of the surrounding rock.(2)According to the lithologic characteristics of surrounding rock of 5305 roadway,compacting test and weak cementation test were carried out on the collected blocks,and the compacting degree and crushing condition of roof mudstone were proved.The test results also reflected the characteristics of low strength,weak secondary bearing capacity and poor self-cementation ability of mudstone,laying a foundation for the control of surrounding rock deformation.(3)According to the test results of deformation and instability of roadway and the test results of mechanical characteristics,the roadway stability control strategy is proposed.Comprehensive bracket deformation features and actual situation on site,the mining economy and on-site construction conditions are integrated,and the combination Program of“top beam+scaffold+inclined support beam”is designed..(4)The structural mechanics analysis of the designed bracket was carried out.The internal force and strength of the bracket were calculated and checked by the precise calculation method.The optimal support point of the oblique support was obtained by the static mechanical analysis to determine the supporting parameters.The FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to compare the original support and the improved scheme.The results show that the support effect of the improved support scheme is obviously improved.(5)Carry out engineering practice on the design support scheme,compare and improve the front and rear support effects,design the deformation monitoring plan,and record the bracket deformation data before and after the mining.The monitoring results show that the designed scheme has better support effect and can ensure the long-term stability of the roadway.
