With the development of society,people's requirements for clothing are not only limited to satisfying the beauty of the fit.Whether the clothing is comfortable after wearing it is more and more important in the process of people purchasing clothing.Therefore,the research on the comfort of clothing pressure is necessary.Usually most clothing stress tests are conducted by real people.Real-life testing will consume a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources.In the process of testing,the influence of physiological and psychological factors can not be avoided,which is not conducive to the evaluation of clothing comfort pressure.Uniform and objective criteria,and long-term direct contact with the subject's skin may have a negative impact on the test.The main task of this project is to make a flexible flexible lower limb prosthesis and use it for the study of garment pressure performance.Firstly,the structural composition of the lower limb prosthesis can be studied.The lower limb prosthesis can be divided into the bone layer,the muscle layer,the fat layer and the skin layer.The modeling is performed by siemens NX 10.0 according to the national female lower body platform and the 3D printing work on the mold is completed.Polyurethane foaming and silica gel materials with different components were selected as the equivalent substitute biomimetic materials for the simulated leg molds.The hardness test,compression rebound test and ductility test were carried out on these materials,and the skin pressure performance of the human body was compared and analyzed.The lower limb prosthesis was fabricated on materials with similar pressure simulation effects for each component.In order to make the flexible lower limb prosthesis maintain the simulation performance of each part during the activity process,the structure and movement characteristics of the human knee joint are analyzed,and the movable joint structure with high simulation degree is designed and made to cover the movable range of the knee joint.And maintain high form fidelity performance.The muscle layer,fat and skin layer of the lower limb prosthesis are respectively formed on the simulated bone by the mold,and the whole lower limb prosthesis is tested for hardness after completion,and the human body is compared with the body type to prove that the hardness of the lower limb prosthesis is close to the real person.Can be used for clothing stress testing.Using the lower limb prosthesis combined with Singletact pressure sensor and Lab VIEW stress test system,after collecting a large number of garment stress test data,the pressure test results of real human lower limb and lower limb prosthesis were linearly simulated,and the correlation between the two was found to be good.It is proved that the lower limb prosthesis can replace the real person to study the pressure comfort of the garment.
