Study On Novel Reactions Of Intramolecular C-H Functionalization And Alkyne/Alkene Functionalization Of Substituted Thioureas | Posted on:2021-06-07 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:J Yang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2481306230464154 | Subject:Organic Chemistry | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Amides are one of the impotant biological constructs in the field of life sciences,and the stability and conformation of them affect the structure and biological functions of peptides and proteins.Sulfur-containing compounds have been used clinically to treat various diseases,including depression,arthritis and diabetes etc.And thiazole-ring or thiazolidine-ring containing N and S atoms also exists in many drug molecules.In addition,the compounds containing SCF3 have huge application potential in the field of pharmaceutical.The main work of this paper is to construct a series of thiazole and thiazolidine compounds containing multi-functional groups through functionalization of C-H bond and bifunctionalization of olefins.This paper consists of the following three parts.In the first part we designed a two-step reaction.First,in the presence of a base,benzamide derivatives react with N-alkyl-N-aryl thiocarbamoyls to obtainthiourea derivatives by intermolecular nucleophilic substitution reaction.Then,using N-alkyl-N-arylthiourea derivatives as starting materials to synthesize 2-iminobenzothiazoles by dehydration coupling method of intramolecular C(sp2)-H and isomerized S-H bond.In the second part we developed a reaction promoted by base between N-propargyl-N-arylaminethiocarbamoyls and benzamide derivatives or N-propargyl arylamines and benzoyl isothiocyanate derivatives to construct multifunctional 2-iminothiazole compounds without metal-catalyst.In the third part we developed a reaction catalyzed by cooperative-catalysis of Cu and Rh transition metals between N-allyl-N-benzylthiourea derivatives and Ag SCF3 to construct intramolecular and intermolecular C-S bonds simultaneously to synthesize 2-iminothiazolidine compounds containing trifluoromethylthio groups,which have potential application value in the fields of medicine and materials. | Keywords/Search Tags: | C-H Functionalization, Metal-free Catalysis, Bifunctionalization, Trifluoromethylthio, Cooperative-catalysis, C-S Bond, 2-iminothiazolidine, 2-iminothiazole | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
