Amides are one of the impotant biological constructs in the field of life sciences, and the stability and conformation of them affect the structure and biological functions of peptides and proteins.Sulfur-containing compounds have been used clinically to treat various diseases, including depression, arthritis and diabetes etc.And thiazole-ring or thiazolidine-ring containing N and S atoms also exists in many drug molecules. In addition, the compounds containing SCF3 have huge application potential in the field of pharmaceutical. The main work of this paper is to construct a series of thiazole and thiazolidine compounds containing multi-functional groups through functionalization of C-H bond and bifunctionalization of olefins. This paper consists of the following three parts. In the first part we designed a two-step reaction.First,in the presence of a base, benzamide derivatives react with N-alkyl-N-aryl thiocarbamoyls to obtainthiourea derivatives by intermolecular nucleophilic substitution reaction. Then, using N-alkyl-N-arylthiourea derivatives as starting materials to synthesize 2-iminobenzothiazoles by dehydration coupling method of intramolecular C(sp2)-H and isomerized S-H bond.In the second part we developed a reaction promoted by base between N-propargyl-N-arylaminethiocarbamoyls and benzamide derivatives or N-propargyl arylamines and benzoyl isothiocyanate derivatives to construct multifunctional 2-iminothiazole compounds without metal-catalyst.In the third part we developed a reaction catalyzed by cooperative-catalysis of Cu and Rh transition metals between N-allyl-N-benzylthiourea derivatives and Ag SCF3 to construct intramolecular and intermolecular C-S bonds simultaneously to synthesize 2-iminothiazolidine compounds containing trifluoromethylthio groups, which have potential application value in the fields of medicine and materials.
