Hydrotalcite(LDHs)is an anionic layered compound formed by the orderly stacking of the host laminates and interlayer anions.Its elemental composition,laminate interlayer anion type and quantity are adjustable over a wide range.There is a strong covalent bond within the subject layer board and a weak interaction force between the layers,and the electrostatic interaction,hydrogen bonding,van der Waals force between in subject layer board and object.This kind of multi-element,multi-bond,supramolecular molecular composite material with special structure makes it widely used in many aspects.In this paper,Cu/Zn/Al-LDHs or Ni/Zn/Al-LDHs precursor films and organic-inorganic composite films were prepared in situ on the surface of metal Al,ZnO and Ni with polycarbonate substrate immersion.The preparation process of the films was discussed.The films were analyzed and characterized.the main contents are as follows:The optimum conditions for in-situ synthesis of Cu/Zn/Al-LDHs/Al films based on electrochemical polished Al by mult-mental substrates co-immersion were as follows:the initial reaction p H was 8.5,reaction temperature was 70?,initial concentration of NH4NO3was 0.1 mol/L and reaction time was 3 days.The results showed that the crystallinity of the films was high,the crystal form was single and lamellar structure was perpendicular to the substrate.Cu/Zn/Al-TSA-LDHs/Al composite films has an excellent UV barrier properties.The optimum conditions for in-situ synthesis of Cu/Zn/Al-LDHs/ZnO films based on Zn by mult-mental substrates co-immersion were as follows:metal substrate ratio of area was Cu?Al?ZnO was 2?1?1,the initial ammonia concentration was 0.92 mol/L,the reaction temperature was 50?,under 100 r/min conditions reacted 1 d.The results showed that the crystallinity of the films was high,the crystal form was single and which stacked by a hexagonal lamellar structure.The optimum conditions for in-situ synthesis of Ni/Zn/Al-LDHs films based on Ni by mult-mental substrates co-immersion were as follows:the initial reaction p H was 11,reaction temperature was 80?,initial concentration of NH4NO3was 0.05 mol/L and reaction time was4 days.The results showed that the crystallinity of the films was high,the crystal form was single and which stacked by a hexagonal lamellar structure.
