These few years,in the process of developing the ocean, the ecological and environmental problems of the ocean are damaged.Jellyfish is a cost-effective food, which is rich in nutrients, available in all seas, jellyfish has become the first choice product favored by consumers in China’s aquatic products.Because jellyfish have strong physiological characteristics of enrichment, the transmission of pollutants through the food chain seriously threatens human health.Heavy metals, pathogens, pesticide residues, and other substances continue to pollute the marine environment.Heavy metals have the characteristics of multiple sources and are not easily degraded. It is widely lived in the ocean and animal body, and the activities of industrial production and ocean development continue, the heavy metal pollution in the ocean is continuously aggravated.Although the remaining pesticides have the special effect of inhibiting the growth of microorganisms. However, due to pollution from diseases and the like, antibiotics are overused by humans, which causes pesticides to remain in the marine organisms and the marine environment, which causes the disadvantages of quality safety and bacterial resistance of marine products.Pathogens due to the increasingly serious marine environment, many bacteria will parasitize the surface of marine life, which will affect human health and cause infectious diseases. So heavy metals, pesticide residues and pathogenic bacteria in China’s marine environment is extremely important.During this experiment, samples of jellyfish from 16 main jellyfish production areas in four sea areas of China were selected as the research objects. The major heavy metal pollutants aluminum, chromium, mercury, zinc, lead, manganese, cadmium, arsenic, pesticide residues boric acid, and malachite were tested.Green, doxycycline, tetracycline, oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline, coliforms, colonies, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus of pathogenic bacteria. The protein are sodium, fat, calcium, potassium and magnesium contents of jellyfish were judged. The content of potassium and magnesium yields the following results:(1)The results of heavy metal content measurement of jellyfish in different seas showed that heavy metal indicators were detected in different seas. The jellyfish samples had the highest total arsenic and chromium content in the Bohai Sea,and the yellow seas had the highest aluminum and total mercury contents. The East China Sea The highest sea areas are cadmium and lead. Therefore, the South China Sea has the least heavy metal pollution in the living environment of the jellyfish in the sampling area of the four seas.(2)The measurement results of pesticide residues in the sea slugs in different seas showed that boric acid was detected in different seas. The boric acid content in the Bohai Sea was the highest, followed by the Yellow Sea,and the South China Sea was the least. The remaining five pesticides did not exceed the detection. Therefore,in the living environment of the sampling areas in the four seas, the pesticide residues in the living environment of the jellyfish are mostly in the Bohai Sea and less in the South China Sea.(3)The results of microbiological examination of jellyfish in different seas showed that the total number of colonies, coliforms, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus were test, the result does not overstep the range of the standard.Pathogen contamination was not serious and did not meet the standards for microbial contamination.(4)The measurement results of the basic nutritional components of jellyfish in different waters are as follows: Nutrient indicators have been detected in different waters. The jellyfish samples have the highest magnesium content in the Bohai Sea,the highest content of protein and fat in the Yellow Sea,the East China Sea.The highest contents are calcium and sodium, and the content of potassium in the South China Sea is the highest. Therefore, the Yellow Sea is the richest nutrient in the survival environment of the moray eel in the four seas.It can be seen that heavy metals are commonly enriched in the sea slugs in the 16 main producing areas of the four seas.Among them, aluminum and total arsenic are the main heavy metals enriched in the marine environment, but there is no specific limit standard for aluminum content in the country. The content of other heavy metals in jellyfish in the tested area is lower than the limit of pollutants in China. The nutritional components measured in the sample are all present, and the contents of protein, calcium, sodium and magnesium were extremely high.In summary, jellyfish has many nutrient contents, and high protein and low fat are suitable for obese people, irregular people, the elderly, etc. The problem of marine pollution in China still cannot be underestimated. The heavy metal become the most prominent problem in the ocean. It is hoped that the results of this experiment can provide a theoretical basis for the detection of jellyfish products in Heilongjiang Province,a large jellyfish consumption province, and define the safety standards and specifications of wild jellyfish products.
