Based on the investigation on the mineral processing process in Cangshan Iron Mine Concentrator,the production process parameters,production indexes and production efficiency of the current process were examined,the rationality of the current production process structure and process indexes were analyzed,and the measures of process optimization were suggested through the process optimization tests.The results obtained provide a basis for improving the economic benefits of the Concentrator.The research shows that the current process can basically match the properties of ore,and good technical indexes have been obtained.After ore crushing and preconcentration,the discard rate reaches 10.33%,the feed grade increases from 26.54%to 27.98%,the fine mineral rate 23.35%,the grade 66.36%,the recovery rate 58.37%,the comprehensive tailings grade 1 5.44%,the dressing ratio 4.28,the raw ore processing capacity of the concentrator can reach 3.7 million tons/year.However,the current process still has some potential to further improve production efficiency and iron recovery.The problems and profit growth points found in the process examination are mainly reflected in the following aspects:1.The content of magnetic iron in dry pre-selected tailings is too high,up to 2.13%;2.The dissociated gangue in the pulverized ore has a high content and a large preconcentration potential.3.The content of magnetic iron in wet preconcentration tailings is 1.03-1.05%,and the content of iron oxide is about 2%.The magnetic iron in wet preconcentration tailings has a certain recovery value.4.The bottom flow of primary cyclone has great preconcentration potential.5.The second-stage cyclone has low classification efficiency,fine bottom flow and prominent problems of concentrating,with-200 mesh content reaching 42%and-200 mesh grade reaching 65%;6.The magnetic iron in the first and second stage magnetic separation tailings and comprehensive tailings are relatively high,which has a certain recovery value,and the iron oxide in comprehensive tailings has a certain recovery potential.According to the actual situation and space conditions of the site,It can be optimized from the following three aspects:dry pre-selection of powder ore,wet pre-selection before grinding and re-election and recovery of integrated tailings.The total investment of the dry pre-selection optimization project of powder ore is 827,100 yuan,which can produce 2,281,100 yuan/year,the production cost is 71,300 yuan/year,and the investment return period is 0.36 years.The total investment of wet ore pre-selection optimization project of powder ore is 1,699,700 yuan,which can produce benefits of 1,712,300 yuan/year,production cost of 376,500 yuan/year,and investment return period of 0.99 years;the total investment of comprehensive tailings re-election optimization project is 2.644 million yuan.It can produce benefits of 4,765,200 yuan/year,production cost of 668,200 yuan/year,and investment return period of 0.55 years.
