Research On Key Technology Equipment And Management System Of Comprehensive Dust Control In Dongtan Coal Mine

As an inevitable product in the process of coal production and processing,mine dust is one of the main causes of mine production disasters,and it is also an important factor that endangers the occupational health of employees.According to the characteristics of high dust concentration and low dust removal efficiency in the existing mining mines of Dongtan coal mine,the experimental data and field measured data are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by the method of theoretical analysis,laboratory research and field observation.Through the research,a set of key technologies and equipment of coal mine comprehensive dust prevention is formed,which integrates the dust prevention of fully mechanized caving,fully mechanized excavation,bolting and shotcreting,and remote online monitoring of dust-proof equipment.At the same time,the management system of coal mine dust prevention is further improved.In this paper,the dust producing links of mine working face are determined.First,the dust generation mechanism of fully mechanized top coal caving face is analyzed.Based on the choice of spray dust reduction method and the optimization of coal seam water injection parameters,the dust of the reloading point and the crusher is controlled,and the technical equipment for dust prevention and control is developed.The exhaust ventilation equipment and the new wet spraying machine are used to treat the dust of the fully mechanized excavation face and the anchor spray surface.Then,the dust concentration and the remote on-line monitoring and control system of the dust-proof equipment are studied,and the dust concentration overrun spray dust reduction device is developed.The monitoring data can be uploaded to the ground through the mine monitoring network so as to realize the on-line monitoring and monitoring of the dust concentration.The dust management system of the mine is analyzed and studied,and the management responsibility system and management system are defined.Through the application of dust control technology and equipment in Dongtan coal mine,the total dust concentration at the driver's side of theworking face is controlled below 10 mg/m3,the time weighted average concentration of respirable dust is controlled below 5 mg/m3;the total dust concentration at the driver's side of the driving face is controlled below 10 mg/m3,the time weighted average concentration of respirable dust is controlled below 3.5 mg/m3,and the dust concentration is obtained To effective control.
