With the emergence of high-yield and high-efficiency mines in China,coal mining capacity has been continuously improved in recent years,and the coal transportation volume has increased year by year.Due to the heavy weight of the steel cord conveyor belt during the operation of the traditional conveyor,the energy consumption is high,the strength is low,and the tear resistance is Poor capacity,short life,small tension and long response time of the conveyor,easy to slip and other problems often occur overload shutdown.Therefore,this paper designs an aramid conveyor belt and automatic tensioning device in combination with the coal mine working environment to improve the efficiency of the conveyor and solve the overload shutdown problem in the coal transportation process.Firstly,the paper analyzes the research status and development trend of long-distance conveyor aramid conveyor belt and automatic tensioning device at home and abroad,and combines the actual situation of coal mine underground site to design the key structure of aramid belt for long-distance mining system,including aramid conveyor belt.Canvas woven structure,high-adhesive rubber material,low-viscosity elastic rubber material for aramid conveyor belt primer,high-strength joint structure of aramid conveyor belt;three-dimensional geometric model of aramid belt with three braided structures,warp yarn and Contact analysis was added between the weft yarns to analyze and predict the local stress concentration position of the composite.The influence of yarn inclination on the meso-mechanical properties of the composites and the numerical calculation and analysis of the mechanical properties of the different braided structures were studied.The key structure of the frequency conversion automatic tensioning device in the conveying system is designed,and the main control circuit is analyzed by the simulation software AMESim,and the dynamic characteristic curves of each unit of the belt conveyor are obtained to verify the system stability of the automatic tensioning device;Research on Engineering Application Technology of Mine Long Distance Transportation System By on-site installation in the coal mine,debugging,analysis applications,and ensure that the belt tensioning device can meet the requirements of the construction site.The finite element analysis of aramid belt braiding structure proves that the design of aramid belt meets the requirement of conveyor and the stress concentration problem has been improved.The key structure of frequency conversion automatic tensioning device in mine long distance conveyor system has been designed to expand the scope of application and self-adjusting ability of automatic tensioning device and reduce the tension impact and skidding problems of belt conveyor system.The discrete conveying model of belt conveyor is established by AMEsim simulation platform.It is concluded that the elastic modulus of belt is increased by one time,the maximum tension force and displacement provided by tensioning trolley are reduced by one time,the maximum moving speed will be reduced by one third,and the experimental data of the peak moving speed can be reached 15 seconds ahead of time,which meets the design requirements by comparative analysis;through the aramid conveyor belt and frequency automatic tensioning device,the design requirements are met in the field.The application results verify the rationality of the design of long-distance aramid conveyor belt and frequency conversion automatic tensioning device.
