Research On Multi-label Classification Of Traditional Dress-patterns Based On Label Embedding

Traditional national costume is an important part of Chinese excellent cultural heritage,which contains the cultural connotation of a nation.How to excavate cultural elements,cultural symbols and spiritual labels in cultural heritage has become a key problem to be solved.In this paper,traditional ethnic costumes as the research object,carry out multi-label classification research.The main research contents include:(1)An improved algorithm is proposed for ml-knn algorithm,which does not consider the influence of neighbor distance.Based on the ml-knn algorithm,this algorithm combines the influence of the nearest neighbor tag set to improve the performance of multi-tag classification.After that,the effectiveness of the improved algorithm is verified by comparing the traditional national costume data set and other multi-label data sets.(2)In this paper,a multi-label classification based on a label embedding algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of multi-label classification of traditional costume patterns.The algorithm uses the multi-label network embedding model to treat the label as a node,to measure the relevance of the label.Then,the regression function is used to transform the input space of the data set into the embedding space,and the classifier is applied to the test sample to complete the task of multi-label classification.The experimental results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective.(3)To improve the practicability of multi-label classification of traditional ethnic costume patterns,this paper analyzes and realizes the multi-label classification system of traditional ethnic costume patterns,and tests the system.After testing,the system functions normally and can complete the task of multi-label classification.This paper aims at mining the Semantic Connotation of traditional national costume patterns,solving the problem of the high cost of manual classification and labeling,using machine learning technology to carry out multi-angle understanding and multi-label classification of traditional national costume patterns,and then complete the multi-label classification system of traditional national costume patterns.
