The power supply reliability of the underground wireless communication base station is an important aspect to ensure the smooth communication of the underground,which is related to the life and property safety of underground personnel.In order to improve the working reliability of wireless base stations,it is imperative to design a set of backup power supplies to ensure uninterrupted operation of the base station.This article takes the wireless communication base station under the mine as the application background,and develops its power supply DC backup power supply design.The storage battery of the backup power source is a nickel-metal hydride battery,and a special chip is used to complete the charging and discharging circuit design.The Ni MH battery charging circuit is powered by a 48 V DC power supply output from the main power supply of the wireless base station power switch.In order to improve the overall working efficiency of the power supply system,this paper first completes the design of the active power factor correction circuit of the main power supply.The standby power discharge circuit can provide two outputs of DC 48 V and 12 V.The standby power supply adopts single chip microcomputer to realize automatic switching control.The automatic switching control circuit can automatically switch to the battery power supply state for the load power supply when the main source of the power supply switch is powered off or dropped.In the charging control,according to the charging characteristic curve of the nickel-hydrogen battery,the charging adopts the segmented constant current charging method,that is,the battery is charged with different constant currents in different charging states of the battery.According to the fuzzy control theory,a nickel-hydrogen battery charging fuzzy control system was constructed,and a two-dimensional fuzzy controller was designed based on the selected input and output variables.Change the charge current by changing the duty cycle of the voltage,the control of the charging voltage and current of the nickel-metal hydride battery is achieved,and the purpose of optimizing the charging is achieved.Based on the MATLAB/SIMULINK software platform,a nickelmetal hydride battery charging simulation model based on fuzzy control was established.It is proved by simulation analysis that the control method shortens the charging time of the nickel-metal hydride battery and effectively improves the reliability of the power supply;at the same time,it can prevent the battery from being overcharged for a long time and avoid the occurrence of battery overheating.Thereby,improving the service life and safety of the nickel-metal hydride battery.
