Infrared management characteristics,defined as the overall characteristics of the absorption,reflection,transmission and release of infrared radiation by the coupling effect of porous polymer materials and skin,is a very important physical characteristic of porous polymer materials such as textile materials and household materials and an important indicator for evaluating functional clothing.The most important function of clothing is to maintain the normal temperature of the human body and make the human body feel comfortable.Thermal functionality has become a basic parameter for evaluating the performance of clothing,which is closely related to the comfort of the clothing.Infrared heat radiation plays a major role in the heat transfer of fabrics.With the continuous introduction of high-tech in the textile field,the development of thermally functional porous polymer materials including new infrared fabrics will have broad application prospects.However,at present,the testing methods and theoretical modeling methods of infrared radiation performance of porous polymers are still in the immature stage.The current modeling methods focus on the theoretical modeling of the thermal properties of textile materials.A theoretical model of infrared management characteristics considering skin coupling.In this thesis,based on the summary of relevant research at home and abroad and the previous research results of the research group,combined with the basic theory of infrared radiation,the mechanism,prediction model and verification method of infrared coupling between porous polymer materials and skin was studied.The infrared management characteristics of the porous polymer materials under skin coupling when the skin is sweating or not were theoretically analyzed,including the comprehensive characteristics of infrared radiation absorption,reflection,transmission,and release intensity over time.Based on the law of infrared radiation propagation,the mechanism of infrared coupling between porous polymer materials and skin was analyzed;based on the model of infrared radiation propagation in ideal porous polymer media,the skin was used as the infrared emission source,and there were no two cases of sweating and sweating.The theoretical model of infrared management characteristics of porous polymer materials was constructed according to the three processes of initial stage,dynamic stage,and steady state stage.A model for predicting the dynamic effect of infrared radiation between a porous polymer material and skin coupling body characterized by reflectance and transmittance and the outside environment.Based on the typical curve of infrared management characteristics obtained by the predictive model,the effect of skin infrared coupling on the infrared management characteristics of porous polymer was analyzed,and the differences in infrared management characteristics of porous polymer and skin under different coupling states were obtained,and an objective test method for model validation was proposed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the prediction model,a verification experiment was conducted on 10 different porous polymer samples with different structures and different materials on the objective test system of the infrared management characteristics of the porous polymer materials made by the research group,through numerical solution and temperature rise.Obtain the quantitative parameters of the prediction model by experiment,combine the prediction model to carry out the numerical simulation of the porous polymer infrared management dynamic stage,through the comparative analysis of the measured value and the prediction value,the prediction model was revised.The verified analysis results of the modified model showed that the prediction model can effectively predict the infrared management characteristics of porous polymer samples with different structure types.In this thesis,the mechanism of infrared coupling between porous polymer materials and skin was studied,and the prediction model of the dynamic effect of infrared radiation between the coupling body and the outside environment was constructed,which lays a foundation for the establishment of theoretical basis and evaluation of infrared management characteristics and evaluation index system of porous polymer materials.
