Demulsification treatment of aging oil is a common problem faced by various oil fields.At present,treatment methods with higher cost and energy consumption,such as increasing settlement time,increasing operating temperature and increasing the amount of demulsifier,are mainly used.But for offshore platforms with limited space and loadbearing,the method of electric field demulsification is more suitable,but the conventional power frequency/high voltage AC electric field has limited effect on aging oil with high water content and serious emulsification.If the aging oil is simply returned The conventional electric dehydration(salt)device in service is also prone to short circuit tripping.Based on this,the compact and efficient tubular electric field demulsification technology using high-frequency/high-voltage pulsed AC electric fields has become one of the viable options for offshore platforms to deal with aging oil.It is expected that the demulsified aging oil can be blended back into the crude oil gathering and transportation process.Based on the above considerations,the thesis will carry out research on the mechanism characteristics and equipment research and development of electric field demulsification of aging oil emulsion from indoor research and engineering applications,and through static and dynamic methods,from micro,mesoscopic and macro three Scale to carry out relevant experiments.For the indoor research part,we will first combine the static electric field demulsification experimental device and the centrifugal separation device to explore the actual demulsification effect of the aging oil emulsion under the action of high-frequency electric field,and at the same time screen for non-electric field parameters(temperature,demulsifier dosage),The experimental results guide the practical engineering application;then,based on the dynamic electric field demulsification experimental device and the small tubular electrostatic coalescer,the electric field parameters(field strength,frequency,duty cycle,etc.)with the best demulsification effect are screened,and the experiment The obtained optimal electric field parameters guide the enlargement design of the engineering prototype.For the engineering application part,first,based on the analytical method and the numerical simulation method,the field strength distribution characteristics of the annular non-uniform electric field are explored,and a calculation model suitable for the amplification design of the compact electrostatic coalescer is established;Based on the structure of the experimental prototype,starting from two aspects of single-tube amplification and multi-channel stacking,the 20m3/h pilot-scale compact electrostatic coalescer was designed and processed,and then designed for the aging of the Liuhua 11-1 oil field site.According to the process flow,the design and processing of the 10m3/h horizontal electric dehydration tank is completed according to the process flow,and the oil field is completed with a two-stage series treatment unit and a multi-field combined program of "heat + electricity + demulsifier + gravity".Treatment of aging oil on site.The above research content has fully confirmed the superiority of high-frequency/high-voltage pulsed AC electric field treatment of aging oil in offshore oil fields and the demulsification efficiency of compact tubular electrostatic coalescer,which provides a feasible process for the treatment of aging oil in offshore oil fields.Scheme and experimental data support.
