Oil and water are two kinds of substances widely existed in nature, but they are not mutually soluble, and they often cause pollution when mixed together.Oily wastewater is highly toxic and difficult to be degraded, causing serious pollution to the water environment.More and more processing methods of oily wastewater have been applied, but the traditional treatment methods show some limitations. At present, due to its excellent catalytic performance,Fe-based amorphous alloys has been studied in the field of coking wastewater treatment. In the electrochemical degradation of azo dyes,it is found that the electrical energy consumption of Fe-based amorphous alloys is 4?6 orders of magnitude less than other kinds of electricity. In the existing researches, oily wastewater treated by Fe-based amorphous alloys is most of the laboratory simulated industry of wastewater. Therefore,it is great significance for the study of treatment industrial oily wastewater by Fe-based amorphous alloys. At first, this paper studied the behavior of Fe-based amorphous alloys in Fenton-like process of oily wastewater treatment, using orthogonal experiment method to find the degradation performance better experimental conditions range and carried on the discussion on various factors and correction,to determine the optimal experimental parameters, under the condition of the optimal experimental parameters on cycle stability experiment study of Fe-based amorphous alloys service ability. Then, studied the behavior of treating oily wastewater by Fe-based amorphous alloys electro-Fenton process in order to obtain good degradation effect meanwhile reduce the amount of H2O2 and cost. The results show that the two processes in this experiment conform to the pseudo first order kinetic reaction.Under the conditions of 1:60 oil-water(mass)ratio,the dosage of Fe78Si9B13amorphous alloys is 1.5 g/L,concentration of H2O2is 0.12 mol/L,the p H value is 3 and reaction temperature is 40?,the oil and COD removal rate of oily wastewater reached 72.67%and 70.18%respectively after 60 min Fenton-like process. The oil and COD removal rate reached 81.78%and 77.27%respectively under the conditions of current density is 8 m A/cm2,concentration of H2O2is 0.02 mol/L,the p H value is 3.5,oil-water ratio is 1:40 and concentration of electrolyte is 20 g/L after being treated by electro-Fenton process for 120 min.The cyclic repetition experiment was carried out under the optimal experimental parameters, and it was found that the fe-based amorphous alloys had excellent structural stability.Compared with the two processes, the electro-Fenton process has obvious advantages in degradation effect and reducing the amount of H2O2.
