Metal-Organic Frameworks(MOFs),also called as Porous Coordination Polymers(PCPs),are a kind of crystalline porous materials building up of metal ions or metal clusters linked by some bridge ligands.For MOF materials hold high porosity,large surface area and good functionality,on MOF materials have been focused in many applications,such as in catalysts,sensors,drug delivery,medical imaging,adsorption and analytic chemistry.This thesis mainly described the preparation and the properties of some magnetic MOFs and MOF composites,and biological imaging in some magnetic MOFs was observed.In Chapter one,the concept,development,category and research progress of MOFs are firstly introduced,and some potential applications in gas adsorption and storage,catalytic properties,fluorescent sensors,magnetic properties,and biomedicine,specially classification of MRI contrast agents,and MOFs as contrast agents in biological imaging are reviewed.Besides,the research purpose and contents of this thesis are given in this chapter.Chapter two briefly introduces the reagents and instruments used in the experiments,as well some experimental conditions and methods are involved here.In Chapter three,H2C2O4,HCOOH,D-Cam are used as ligands to prepared Fe2(C2O4)3·4H2O,Mn3(HCOO)6,MnxFe3-x(HCOO)6,Mn4O-D-Cam nanocrystals or microcrystals,respectively,under solvothermal conditions.The size and morphology of Fe2(C2O4)3·4H2O?Mn3(HCOO)6,MnxFe3-x(HCOO)6,Mn4O-D-Cam were adjusted by some auxiliary reagent such as OA and TEA under solvothermal conditions.In addition,some properties of these materials were tested.In Chapter four,Mn(acac)2as an active component in MR imaging were encapsulated in the MOF hosts of Ui O-66,Bi-MOF and Cp2-Zr Cl2-L by the ship in bottle method of acetyl acetone with Mn(Ac)2.The obtained materials such as Mn(acac)2@Ui O-66(Bi-MOF,Cp2-Zr Cl2-L)and Gd@Cp2-Zr Cl2-L are chartered by some techniques of N2sorption,magnetics,MRI,and biological toxicity.These materials have good biological imaging and low biotical toxicity.In chapter five,some mixed metal Cu-based MOFs crystals,compound 1-5were synthesized and their crystal structure,properties such as magnetic property and biological imaging were observed.In the sixth chapter,some good results are summarized here.
