At this stage,my country is facing the contradiction between the expansion of tunnel construction demand and the insufficient capacity of shield machines.As the core component of shield machine excavation,the cutter head plays a decisive role in the stability of the engineering quality.However,the cutter head welding workshop still uses the traditional manual welding method,which not only has the problems of low welding efficiency and poor welding consistency,but also damages the health of the welding workers.Moreover,the welding workshop has not yet applied a modern information management system,so it is upgraded.The welding technology and supervision methods of the cutter head are of great significance.This article is derived from a major scientific and technological innovation project in Shandong Province.Aiming at the technical problems of insufficient intelligence and flexibility in the process of cutter head welding,combined with the development direction of digitalization in the welding workshop,this article studies automatic welding technology,and provides a robot welding control terminal adaptive welding and The method of hierarchical planning of welding,the design of welding production control terminals,and the deployment of a remote monitoring platform relying on the Internet of Things and Web application technologies have improved the production and information management of the cutter head.The main work and research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The overall structure of the planning system is divided into two parts:welding control terminal and remote monitoring platform.The layered design scheme of welding control terminal field equipment layer,operation service layer,system control layer,and the access layer of remote monitoring platform are determined.Service layer,application layer hierarchical design,and exchange data through the network layer.(2)Analyze the system error and random error scenarios in the automated welding process,study the adaptive welding problem in the welding process,combine the visual information measurement of the laser displacement sensor and the hand-eye calibration technology of the robot welding production line to establish the groove of the cutter head weldment Based on the spatial position model of,associated with the posture data of welding gun initialization,a multi-layer and multi-channel cutterhead groove welding method with adaptive correction deviation and hierarchical planning is given.(3)Adopting the design idea of distributed control,researching on-site welding control terminal architecture,designing hierarchical control structure of PLC main control unit,robot and industrial control unit,referring to the working environment of on-site welding workshop for equipment selection and design control The hardware scheme,software scheme and communication scheme of the terminal.(4)Analyze business processes based on the functional architecture of the supervisory platform,design database tables around platform functional requirements and data subject models,use B/S architecture to design various functional modules,and combine Django framework,Bootstrap framework,Nginx,uWSGI and other back-end technology development Corresponding to the Web interface,it realizes the visual display of user management,operation monitoring,alarm management,expert process system,and historical data query functions.The shield machine cutter head welding process supervision system has been repeatedly tested,and the welding effect of the control terminal is good,and the welding quality and efficiency meet the expected goals;the remote supervision platform has reasonable functions and meets the needs of users,and it is expected to be put into production in the future.
