3D printing(3DP)molding technology has the advantages of cheap equipment,low cost of operation and maintenance,fast molding speed and no pollution,and is known as one of the most viable RP technologies.In addition to concept prototype and concept prototype parts manufacturing,it also has a broad prospect in the fields of biomedicine,pharmaceutical engineering and so on.Calcium phosphate cement(CPC)is a kind of biodegradable bone implant material with broad prospects because it can be self-cured in human body and has excellent bioactivity and biocompatibility.Up conversion persistent luminescence(UCPL)material is a kind of material which produces long afterglow after low energy light excitation and has good infrared penetration ability.In this study,we designed a light-emitting bone cement composite material that can be used for 3D printing and traceability,which can be used for implantation and degradation of bone tissue engineering materials.But considering the traditional method of 3D printing in bone cement material forming limit,this study intends to develop to tracer in light of bone cement based on composite materials research,using the method of extrusion type 3D printing preparation of tracer glowing bone cement tissue engineering scaffold,and based on the characteristics of bone cement self-curing of new bone cement 3D printing technology has carried on the exploration,design a kind of new droplet spray 3D printing molding method.At present,there is no report on the preparation of gallium germanate and ?-TCP composite material and the relevant reports of droplet jet 3D printing and forming bone cement.In this paper,by introducing the Yb3+-Er3+ rare earth ion pair into the transition metal ion(Cr3+)doped gallium germanate near infrared LPL material,an UCPL material was designed and prepared.Further,the luminescent material was combined with CPC material to obtain luminescent bone cement material and expand its application.Then,based on the luminescent calcium phosphate composite bone cement material,the traceable luminescent bone cement tissue engineering scaffold was successfully prepared by extruding 3D printing,and an ink-jet 3D printer was designed to print luminescent calcium phosphate composite bone cement material.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on the excellent luminescence properties of nano ZGGO:Cr,Yb,Er combined with the good biological application structure properties of nano a-Tricalcium Phosphate(?-TCP)prepared by chemical precipitation method at low temperature,the concept of composite bone cement material was designed.With 2wt.%Zn3Ga2GeO8:1%Cr3+,5%Yb3+,0.5%Er+/?-TCP(ZGGO:Cr,Yb,Er/?-TCP)composite bone cement materials as the research object,study its properties.The compressive strength of the composite is ?=8.27MPa.the initial setting time of most?-TCP composites is TI=43 min and the final setting time is TF =69min.The composite bone cement material has significant luminescence performance under 980nm infrared excitation,which proves that the composite material can achieve up-conversion afterglow luminescence(2)Realize the extrusion type 3D printing of composite bone cement material.powder bonding system are 2wt%Zn3Ga2GeO8:1%Cr3+,5%Yb3+,0.5%Er3+?-TCP bone cement materials?2wt%SA+1 wt%Gel+H2O,compressive strength ?=2.27MPa,(3)Bone cement and calcium phosphate luminescent composite bone cement materials are designed with a droplet jet 3D printer structure.The motion instructions of each part of the printer are determined,and the droplet jet 3D printing and forming platform is constructed.Specifically,the main design work includes the following three aspects:the motion design of the 3D motion system,the structural design of the powder spreading system,the design of the control system module.The motion structure design is improved on the basis of conventional household inkjet 3D printers.The jetting system uses drop-on-demand jetting technology and adopts a piezoelectric jet driving method(4)The limit state of printer model structure is calculated and analyzed.6061 aluminum alloy is used in the frame.Considering the overall structure,the place where the most prone to damage is the connection between each floor support frame and four vertical support frames.The form of damage is more than the bending strength of the direct press,resulting in fracture.Bending stress ?=174 MPa<228MPa(Ultimate bending strength of 6061 aluminum alloy),with a high safety factor,to meet the strength requirements;?L=9.3 × 10-10m,satisfies the requirement of stiffness.(5)The overall modeling diagram of the composite bone cement material droplet jetting 3D printing process has been completed.
