With the arrival of the information age,the speed of upgrading electronic products is increasing day by day, which leads to the continuous growth of the output of electronic waste, which makes it urgent to improve its treatment and disposal.Waste printed circuit boards is an important part of electronic products and a main source of electronic waste.Waste printed circuit boards contain a large number of harmful metal components and brominated flame retardants, which are very harmful to the environment.Improper treatment will have a serious adverse impact on the environment. The recovery of high value metal components is the main driving force for the recycling of waste circuit boards, but there is no systematic treatment and disposal of non-metallic components which are also harmful to the environment. In this paper, the non-metallic components of waste circuit board are systematically analyzed, and the non-metallic components of waste circuit board are utilized by mechanical and physical packing method. On the basis of crushing and sieving the non-metallic components and acid leaching of the non-metallic powders with different particle sizes, the optimum experimental conditions for leaching residual metal copper and aluminum ions from non-metallic powders were obtained:The acid concentration is 5 mol/L,the solid-liquid ratio is 50 g/L,the reaction temperature is 60?,and the reaction time is 6 h.The leaching efficiency of residual metal reaches 98.9%.The preparation technology of FRP composites was studied. The optimum forming conditions of FRP materials were found:resin E51 and curing agent W593,resin:curing agent=4:1,molding temperature is combined molding, room temperature and high temperature, molding time was 7 days at room temperature and 120 minutes at high temperature. Then the non-metallic components before and after acid leaching were added to the resin matrix by filler according to different addition conditions, and the FRP composites were prepared by mixing with glass fiber. It was found that the mechanical properties of the composites were optimal, and the tensile properties and bending properties were improved to 31.6%and 35.1%when the nonmetallic powders were filled with 6%and 120-160 mesh before acid leaching; It was found that the mechanical properties of the non-metallic with acid, the addition amount reaches 6%,the particle size is 120-160 mesh, the mechanical properties of the composite are optimal, and the tensile and bending properties are enhanced by 46.8%respectively.The experimental results show that the properties of the new materials have been improved to a certain extent, which proves that the preparation of FRP composites by non-metallic components of waste circuit boards as fillers is a feasible non-metallic resource utilization method. It has the dual significance of resource regeneration and environmental protection.
